you want actual highschoolers to do this??
Lol, Park Ji Hoon is 26 at the moment. WHC1 was out in 2022. Do your math pls. I'll repeat myself -it's not like we can only have 16 yo or 26 yo. And my point is that if the leads look old enough to play college graduates, they do not look young enough to play high schoolers.

You don't really need to understand. Just switch off your brain a little bit and enjoy. We'll pick up that brain…
Lol, switching my brain doesn't mean that my eyes can't see that they do not look like teenagers.

Are there no 20-21 yo actors who can do it? Like a lot of main cast from WHC1. It's not like we can only have 16 yo or 26 yo.
On Head over Heels Jun 27, 2025
Also, the leads really look their age. I don't understand why they go back to playing teenagers when they both played university graduates already.

I really don't get the "I'll fall for a handsome boy" trend i kdramas. First Crushology 101, not this. I know it's probably for the laughs, but it really makes me put off by the female lead.

what'd he do?
He acted rudely to his costar few years ago, cause of his then girlfriend's manipulation. An old and exaggerated case if you ask me.

LYN, I need you to be really red flag here and not go mushy and horny because you have a beautiful wife.
🤣🤣🤣 I'm all for equal and respective relationships but I kinda miss red flags too sometimes.

Don't get me wrong, even tho I don't usually go for BE dramas, I can appreciate them when they make sense. But not when bad endings are sloppy, rushed, are a cop-out.
On A Dream within a Dream Jun 20, 2025
This could be a kdrama that I'm watching while it's ongoing, but I'm so concerned about the ending cause it's iQiyi 😒 really don't want another AJOL

His only totally bad action in my eyes is badmouthing Hosu to other law firms and making it hard to find a new job. If that was even the case, cause in ep 6 he said to Hosu that he will cheer him on? So I don't quite understand.

Unpopular opinion, but Hosu's senior is a really competent lawyer. I mean, he has bad clients but is giving his all to win their cases. Some of his actions are low blows to the victims, but I definitely would trust him as a lawyer.

Mirae is emotionally closed off but she isn't mean or selfish...yes she gets lost in her own world and let's her…
I did understand her at the beginning, especially when she was very vulnerable in ep 1. If I were to point out some of the most hypocritical things that she did it would be:
1. The fact that she blames Miji for meeting Hosu and him learning about their secret. When she was also found out by the supermarket guy and Hosu.
2. How she doesn't keep promise that she made to Miji about meeting the grandmother (at least in the beginning). Even tho she expects Miji to keep her promises 100%.
3. Her not telling Miji some of the most crucial things about her work situation. How is Miji supposed to act as Mirae when she knows nothing? I know it's for the sake of some drama and mystery in the story but I feel bad for Miji.
4. How she asked Miji to give grandma a haircut and was mad that Miji told her she can't on that day. No understanding whatsoever, she just wanted a different date.

I'm not even mad about her breaking promises to Miji, as Miji broke her promises also. But Miji is not out there shaming Mirae for everything. It's hella hypocritical.
On Our Unwritten Seoul Jun 15, 2025
I just can't find any sympathy for Mirae anymore. She is treating everyone like shit, always pointing out Miji's mistakes while having no accountability for her own. Her sickly childhood can't be an excuse much longer, when she's already well into adulthood. She was being treated pretty well by most people (outside of work ofc) but doesn't recipricate it one bit. She's too one-note for me and it's very tiring to watch her plot.

Why Man Sik (the leader of the team) have his ear looking like that? Is it part of his lore?
Professional wrestlers / judoists have a specific shape of ears due to injuries sustained while fighting (as it includes grabbing, pulling etc). "Wrestler's ear" even has its own site on wikipedia.

I loved his character in Reply 1988, tho he doesn't appear there as much as the main cast. He's an airhead there too, and friends take care of him a lot, but is very talented and serious about his "job". Also he's no doormat and can be serious about things important to him.

But here Dong Ju is a hard pill to swallow for me - he has barely any potential to be a cop, he just gives into his emotions and acts impulsively all of the time. His main motivation is getting closer to Han Na. If he was any less cute and good looking, he would be creepy, let's be honest. Ok, he can be responsible when it comes to his friend's injury, but that's about it. I felt like throwing hand when he honked at the stakeout in ep 4 - like really? You learnt nothing? So I agree with you totally, he's just too stupid to be a cop.

I kinda get how some people would like the show overall. But I refuse to believe that they like the ML for any reason other than that he's played by PBG. He acts like a 10 yo in most scenes (besides maybe scenes with his friend), and is stupid beyond belief.

Why the hell did they decide to have the ML fall in love with FL before the show even began? This is by far worst part of the show. Not only is he a lovesick puppy around her, but they have no chemistry whatsoever, as their feelings aren't growing gradually...
