Same. This year is pretty mid, both in terms of cdramas and kdramas. The only outstanding one from the top of my head is Knight Flower. And this was at the beginning of the year 😭

I agree, it's never done right in kdramas, it's usually just a lazy technique to bring back the previous status quo... i especially hated it when I was watching anime back in my days, the "I'm sick - I confessed my love/we kissed - next day I remember nothing" was overused so much it's crazy. Similar plot in kdrama would be drunken confession and then passing out, but recently, thank God, it usually turns out that they remember in the span of an episode or sth, like here in ep 6...

Hahaha no worries! I agree all the way with you. Heck, in Knight Flower I wasn't even mad that there was no kiss - cause the whole show didn't have this kind of sexual tension, just like you said. I remember Business Proposal, and the intimate scene was so out of place there, I'd rather they skipped it too 😅But here, after all those hot scenes in eps 1-4 I feel like it would be such a waste to stick to a cutsie-cuddly relationship 😭 the falling down kiss was such a letdown, this kinds of things are for teenager dramas not adult ones, come on! fingers crossed we'll at least get SOMETHING, I refuse to believe we got the best already haha

The revenge on psychopath boy theory is soo good! But we need some kind of true villain for the end, so he has to be lurking somewhere 😆 maybe ar least go the Flower of Evil route, his mother keeping him in a basement somewhere, in a coma?

But honestly, the first time they mentioned a work trip in ep 5 I was waiting more for the "oh I came into the wrong room and now can't come out cause everyone will see me" trope or sth like that😅 But I guess the accident trope was needed for more thriller haha

Guys, as we complain about the fall scene, please remember how our FL got rid of the kidnapper in the first episode, by driving over a hurdle, walking out of the car and him disappearing (?) while she called for car assistance, not even police? I mean, the makjang parts were always here 🤣🤣 let's just assume she fell from 5 metres and then rolled for another 500 hahahaha

No Gain No Love! It had a lot of teasing about sex in the beginning, which was surprising (I'm talking sex toys in a kdrama!), and then it was vanilla af, even for kdrama standards 😅

People take criticism soo personally it's crazy. But I feel this is one of the better comment section in this regard, so sorry if you had a bad experience!

Really? Honestly I haven't seen such a behaviour here (calling sb hater I mean). It's more like - everybody is aware of the plot holes, but we enjoy the show regardless. But of course, to you they can be major enough to spoil the biewing experience, you have all the right to criticise the show.
