3 years ago, Kim Jong Kook, Haha and Ji Seok Jin did a spin-off of Running Man called Outrun by Running Man. They did an episode playing the nametags ripping game against idols, and another running from zombies, and they had no issue running and fighting. Haha managed in one episode to overcome and survive the attack of three idols at the same time by holding on to his nametag for few minutes, when he wasn't even allowed to rip their nametags.

How do you think this was played? They went to the production team and said "we are all tired, we should stop playing games", then the production team said "well, we can't do this without you, let's change the show to a mukbang so that you can just sit around and eat"? They would've replaced them all in a second. They mentioned this before in one of the episodes. Koreans don't enjoy these types of shows anymore. Sitting and eating has become a trend in Korea, and TV ratings are important, that's why they are doing it this way, not because they got old. Three years ago, they easily outrun young idols. They workout a lot and they are probably more fit than you and me. I agree with you that it's boring. It's boring even for me. It's just that you shouldn't blame the members for the production team's fault. It's not those who you see are to blame.

I think "the one who has the biggest motive" is not always true, that's why I consider it a gut feeling, not a deduction based on evidence. I don't like obvious evidence either, but in this case there wasn't any physical evidence at all. The napkin was easily explainable by many things that isn't involvement in murder. That is why I didn't like this episode. If that was a real person, we would say that "the jury" jumped to a conclusion and put a man who might be innocent in prison. I hate when there is still reasonable doubt, and they end up choosing the culprit by luck, that their own gut feeling turned out to be true.

Yes, but what's the point of the episode if they just went with their guts at the end? I don't know, maybe I was expecting better physical evidence. Their faces before the final voting says it. They were as clueless as when they started. Haha

I hope they would change the cast. I think it's gotten a bit too easy for them to solve the crime, and for us to tell who the culprit is based on how they are acting.

The final case is unsolvable using evidence. Even their most "decisive" evidence doesn't point with certainty to the culprit. If they weren't bad at lying/acting, you can't tell who has done it. Also, their motive (story) is ridiculous. It's not realistic at all.

The final case (Ep9-10 The Casino) was definitely the worst.

The second case (Ep3-4 The Funeral Makjang Drama) was the best.
The first case (Ep1-2 The Hospital) and the fourth case (Ep7-8 The Night Club) were watchable.

In the last episode,
Jang Dong Min's face when Jeon So Min asked for the napkin was hilarious. I knew it was the "decisive" evidence as soon as I saw it. He remained nervous until they wrapped up the investigation.

Jeon So Min is dimwitted as usual, I can't believe she didn't notice his face and didn't check the napkin with the UV lights. They were all checking everything of his with the lights just moments ago, and she decides to just scan it with her eyes.

In real life, this evidence won't fly on court, though. It isn't as decisive as they made it seem (even though his face was). He could've easily said that he wiped his hands after playing a card game earlier that day, or that he didn't wash the napkin and the cream accumulated through a period of time.

They totally guessed it this time. Maybe from Jang Dong Min's bad acting. He kept saying he didn't know anything. That can't be right. There wasn't any real evidence they found that could indict him.

I don't think that's true. The Detective Assistant in season 3 got a lot of screen time to the point where he became a supporting character. This assistant only had one extra scene where he brings the inflatable boat, thanks to Kim Ji Hoon who seemed to have been actively trying to get him more screen time, but yes, they don't usually do anything, unless the detective is considerate enough to involve them. They are usually people who are not popular in variety, and have minor roles as actors or idols. It's an extra role that they take on so that they can get more recognition.

I'm kinda losing interest after the 4th. It was fast-paced in the episodes 1-4. The fifth episode dragged a lot. I don't think I'm that interested in their "happy together" years. I like to see their struggles.

I'm still at the 5th episode, but there is no way IU and Bo Gum could pass for 37 year old even with alteration, especially at that time and with their struggle. IU barely passes as an adult. Have you seen a 37 year old in the 60s?

In most countries, they only change pronouns if they had a sex change surgery, otherwise they are just cross-dressing. Not all of the cultures follow the US. In this specific case, the victim goes by both male and female, they never had a sex change surgery, they slept with Golden Spoon as male, and they have a name for each gender. So, they talk about them as female if it's the female character, and as male if it's the male character. It isn't offensive, it's just a normal process even if you are not intending to assume gender, because the victim never stuck to a gender. So, each person was calling them as they view them.
