On Couple Palace Season 2 Apr 18, 2025
Just managed to watch episode 7. I think Man#26 and Shinda are very cute together. I hated Shinda's personality at first, but I think they make a cute couple. Man#26 is showing interest in her in a very relatable way to me. I feel like it might be an INTP thing, but I totally get what he's doing. He fails in expressing his feelings and hurts her feelings, then when he senses she is sad, he hangs around her trying to make her comfortable without actually apologizing or asking her why she is sad and how he can make it up to her. I can totally see myself in him. LOL
They have managed to become my favorite couple this season. I'm not even rooting for them to end up together. I'm just so interested in their story and whether it ends up badly or not.

Really hoping it doesn't take weeks for them to clear things up. I have to say at the beginning of the drama I…
When did you see her caring about her studies and working hard? All she does is follow the professor around like a stalker, and the few time she she works hard, she does just to impress him.

Se Ri is out of line. How can people be upset with Ha Ni's dad. He ad every right to say what he said. She is…
Seriously, imagine waking up to find a coworker you haven't invited looking after your kid and cleaning your house while you were sleeping in the next room.
Whoever defending her isn't thinking thoroughly.
On For Eagle Brothers Apr 16, 2025
Are they pretending that what Seri is doing is cute? She should be fired. She visited her professor's apartment without his permission, babysat his child without his permission, and even started cleaning the house!

This is the creepiest behavior I've ever seen as seemingly innocent person do. She is a psycho stalker. My hair stood when I saw a printed out picture of Hani at her room.

Poor professor, going from a materialistic woman to a stalker. He is really bad at picking them.

Kwang Soo acting super cool then losing his voice when she asked him to take her to a hotel nearby is why I'm…
I love how the main couple's past relationships make me cry, and Kwang Soo/DaHee's relationship makes me laugh. It's a good combination. Too bad it's sometimes ruined by occasional dancer/friend couple.
On The Divorce Insurance Apr 14, 2025
The dancer is creepy and crazy. It's like watching a 7 year old in a man's body. I wish they had cut him out of the drama. To not be dating and start with that? Does she just have a bad taste and was looking for men who are hurt in the head or what? No sane woman would go for someone this child-like. (not even childish, he is with a brain of a child). That is like dating a 7 year old. Ew.

I don't like the webtoon because the slave is the main villain to prop up a rich, no personality female lead.…
Have you ever read or seen anything related to the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" by Luo Guanzhong. Slaves being the villain is a common troupe in the Asian and Middle Eastern literature, and it's quite entertaining. Who wouldn't love to hate a sneaky manipulative servant who is secretly controlling the empire, or a female slave who manipulates her way into becoming a queen. Slaves aren't all good. It is historically accurate that some slaves were as evil as it gets. It doesn't mean that this is a representation of all slaves, it's just a representation of some. Everyone can be a villain. Not every victimized person is a good person.

Title The Divorce Insurance Spoiler
I know it's just 4 episodes out, and we don't know the entire story, but why do I feel that this drama is giving…
I don't think they are painting the divorce as a no-big-deal thing.
To break it down:
1. You are right about how they are portraying Kang Han Deul, her life crashed after her divorce, she lost all her things, and house, and she had to start over.
2. Yes, No Gi Jun had 3 divorces, he explained it by saying that he married a woman as soon as he felt it, but it always ended up in divorce. However, none of his divorces was his fault or by his choice, he wanted to hold on to his wives. Nobody wants to get divorced 3 times, and believe me it's gets tougher every time. Each time the women chose to break it off, and traumatized by the ordeal with his sister, he didn't ask them to work it out. He just accepted their wishes to make them happy.
3. Jeon Na Rae seems to have thought lightly of divorce, but ended up regretting it. I'm not sure what happened to her exactly, but my guess is, that she might've said or did something wrong, and instead of apologizing, she asked for a divorce, and got really saddened when he accepted it without a fight.
4. An Jeon Man's wife didn't like him at all, she was keeping herself busy with improving the interior of the house until she realized that it didn't solve the problem of marrying someone she didn't like.

I think all of their stories are very sad, and I think a part of them got damaged in the process. I think the idea of divorce insurance in itself, tells that divorce shouldn't be taken lightly. Your life could get destroyed by it.

Did anybody understand what happened to No Gi Jun sister ? May be it's not revealed yet, or I missed it somewhere…
It's probably suicide.

Why the low ratings?? I was busy with work so I wasn't able to watch this on the first week but now I have watched…
Divorce isn't a popular topic. Most audience here are too young to even think about it. This topic is too mature for some viewers. Also, not everyone agrees with how they are portraying it.
I advise against looking at ratings at the beginning of the show, this is the rating of a tiny segment of the viewers. Also, ratings on MDL rarely make sense anyway.

Isn't Divorce Insurance, in the end, a prenup??
Not really. In a prenup, you get what you already have or what your partner has. Insurance gives you additional money that neither you nor your partner have.
Let's say an unemployed person got married. If they signed a prenup, depending on the terms, they could end up with nothing after divorce, receive a compensation from their spouse, or even lose their money to their ex-spouse.
If that person got divorce insurance, when they get a divorce, they would receive money from the insurance agency (in addition to what they might receive from their spouse), and keep everything they have because insurance would pay for all the divorce expenses.
It's actually a great idea, especially for spouses who choose to be a stay-at-home parent. It's hard to get a job after years of taking a gap. Some people lose a lot by getting a divorce, that is why some people end up staying in a toxic marriage, because they may end up penniless on the streets. It's not that they would've end up this way anyway even if they didn't get married, but they might've sacrificed building their own lives, continuing their education, getting a decent job, and saving up money for that marriage.

He could've meant that it's his first time playing a King of Joseon. King Hyeon Jong is of Goryeo. It is quite different role so he might've thought of it as a totally new experience, but I agree that this should've been fact checked.

Can they move the FL’s mother out? 🙄Please…
It was as soon as she got her mother out of the retirement home, I forgot which episode, but as soon as they were home, the mother asked for the deposit, but the daughter told her that she invested the deposit in the factory, and the mother was furious. She only was okay with it after she heard about the deal with the hotel.

But her husband just died..... how can she jump into Chairman's arms so fast...?? And Chairman held on for 10…
He probably spent 10 or 15 years with his wife, so it makes sense that it would take him 10 or 15 years to forget her. Meanwhile, the female lead probably spent a few months with her husband (only 10 days living together), so it would make sense that it doesn't take her much to move on.

I wouldn't call it push and pull but anyways she's a widow of like 3 months while he's had years to grieve so…
Are you being sarcastic? If you are then you know that's not what I meant, but if you aren't, then I don't think the same. Evaluating a man as a recently single woman is not the same as eyeing your future husband's brother. LOL

She wasn't stalking him at all in my opinion. Even at first. She only stalked the other woman. I actually find…
As I said, I agree that she was an annoyance, but still that wasn't "stalking". This is like an A-student bothering their professor in their office hours. She waited for him in a public place where she was supposed to be in as a client. Keep in mind that he never asked her to leave the class, even when he rejected her, he said see you in class, so while he was bothered by her constant confessions, he didn't think that she should disappear from his life.

I was admiring that at first, but when she said she took the money and used it without the mother's permission, it became so hard to be thankful for what she has done. The mother could've taken the money and looked for somewhere else to stay, so the daughter did cause her mother to become homeless and reliant on her. That is why kicking her out after that is heartless.

I don't think joining the class of her idol is stalking, or that it's weird, I think it's something that anyone would do, because a chance to meet your idol, get closer to them and "learn" from them is a chance hardly anyone would want to miss, it's public for everyone to join, like a concert or a fanmeeting, but I agree with the rest.

I don't remember her following him to be honest. She often bumps into him (it's a small world in the drama) but I didn't see her intentionally following him around. It's annoying to the brother, but I wouldn't call it stalking. I think I understand why she kept talking to him about it, especially since she has figured out that Miss Kim is up to no good from day one. She cares about him, so she was trying to save him in her own way. It's hard to see your loved ones destroying themselves and not say something about it.
I think she didn't tell him anything because she didn't have a proof and she thought he wouldn't believe her. I think she is trying to keep her relationship with him safe by not telling him about Miss Kim or that she was a fan of his, because it may drive a wedge between them.
