Jennie is not the only reason why people love or hate a show she is on, most people are neither a fan nor a hater of hers. We are just normal people who think nothing of anyone until we come across them. As big as the fandom of Jenny/BlackPink and their haters, they are still a tiny percentage of the world's population. Most people are neutral (they just don't care or they don't even know them).

I'm not sure what you meant by fresh, but if you mean as in new or original, it's not. Anyone who have seen one or two mystery solving shows would feel it's generic. It's the same puzzles but formatted to be relating to apartments. The games they play to get clues have been overdone in other variety shows, and the clues are right up in your face, they use wordplay and symbols a lot just like an escape room so it's unrealistic for that type of setting. I wouldn't say the show is bad, it is somewhat entertaining, I watch it as soon as it airs but I won't miss it if it's gone, since there are plenty of shows just like it.
I do solve the mysteries with the cast, I tend to watch shows as a member not as a viewer, but they are too easy to solve for me, since they are not going by the mystery's characters and acting like them unlike in the show Crime Scene, they are being themselves, so it's as easy to spot a liar as it's hard to get into the mystery. It's a lot better than Busted, that I can say.

He was using the word too lightly, especially after seeing what they do for honor. He should've known better.

The hot tempered child in the love triangle is an accident waiting to happen. I'm not sure why the woman is even considering him for a marriage. Is she really willing to raise another child apart from her own?!

The book description is interesting too. I meant cute as in “a kid like”, not as in pretty. I’m more interested in her personality to be bothered by her look, I even pictured Mulan when you described her. It’s too late for me. XD
P.S You made me want to start reading the book now, but I’m reading Three Kingdoms, I’ll probably confuse the characters and events if I read them at the same time.

I always thought that the cast are part of the production too, if most of them are Japanese then the show is at least part Japanese. I don't think who paid for it should be the only criteria.

I've got to say, my heart fluttered when Fuji aimed the gun at that weasel. She even managed to be cute in that situation. I also liked how she yelled at Anjin like a mother. She has so many layers, I think I'm in love! I really enjoyed the scene, I kept replaying it so many times.

The Gangnam story was the most emotional. I didn't like the couple at all and I think they aren't a good match, but they always managed to have my empathy.

The French guy is a dud. Maybe even worse. I'm glad the one who kept saving his a** all this time is beginning to see it.

Why are you trying to police what wordings I use though? I didn't in nowhere imply that it is a fact that everyone should agree with. It's just an opinion, and you apparently disagree with it which is fine with me. I'm not afraid of watching people murder each other, but it's not "cute", that's all I'm saying. Never said we all should be squares. Children do watch the drama though and the Internet is full of them, that is a fact, not an opinion.

Can this be called a love story? The female lead seems to be incapable of love. Weird choice, it gives me chills. The guy is in an emotionally abusive relationship, and I'm concerned they are trying to paint it as a normal loving relationship. Regardless of her intentions that may come up later on, the female lead is treating him as a property to feed her narcissism.

Yes, he is a regular guest for now, but not a member. They are doing something new where they "rent" a regular member spot for a celebrity. They don't do smart games though, so he is not using most of his brain cells.

Yeah, the cases are decent but it was interesting seeing how different guest cope with the improvisation. I also missed Hong Jin Ho, he is busy with Running Man nowadays along with his poker profession, but they don't make him think as much in Running Man. I like seeing how he solves puzzles.

She is good at picking up on clues, but I thought it was too obvious she was the "spy". The kid was just too naive. Instead of questioning why she made a big deal of Nara drinking orange juice, he thought it was really smart of her to "notice", even though it's not unusual for someone to drink that much at a time, she herself was doing the same in front of everyone. Jae Suk was right for brushing it off, the others knew that this was a mission because they had it too, that's why they knew it was true and found it funny she "got caught". She only managed to deceive the kid by casting suspicions, the rest just knew Nara was one of them. She was also more obvious than Nara with her sudden disappearances. When they were looking for the cup and she suddenly disappeared, I was certain she was a culprit. There was no reason for her to leave at that time without a word and with that expression on her face. She is good at manipulating people which would make her a great spy, she just needs to act more casual when doing secret missions. Very nice for her first time (I assume) though.

It was so easy to tell who the killer is, just by seeing how nervous he got when Park Ji Yoon was trying to write his name, I was wondering why she didn't try to write it in English too. Jang Jin is on his own as usual. XD

I'm in the second episode, and I must say, the two young women are awesome. I cannot tell if they are acting or this is their real personality that just happened to fit the personality of their characters, but they are perfect for this.
