about Liang Yong Qi, I loved his performance in The Double, the princess obsession about him was also so well portrayed. Her obsession to make an upright mean with dignity as evils as she. And for us to witness that downfall. I also hope to see him in lead roles. He was great in Perfect Match wished more of his screen time.

Yes, its so good to share thoughts with people who understand the thrill. I made at least 5 people watch it who never once watched andything but holywood. Now holywood seems so basic next to this world :)

watched it. Great ML and FL, so well written. Duke Su, Ling Buyi, Donfang Qingcang(LBFAD), Cui Xing (Are you the one) are the best ML so far. And also , Gu Xiaou (Goodbye My Princess)

Exactly. The Double is so good, even supporting characters have so many layers. You hate them at one moment, you pitty them another, then you have empathy for them. And it just unveils each episode. So
Kudos to the director. Especially giving as a close up of WXY eyes. His character doesnt say much but he is so expresive, he communicates with the audience.
And whoever wrote the dialogues between FL and ML is an expert flirter, so good. That drama has more tensions then some dramas with kisses and stuff.
And yes, recommendations are tricky. But I have a trick of my own. If I like somebody comment about the show I watched, then I go check their watchlist and what have they reviewed as 10. ;)
this is my first c drama ever and now I have problems finding another as good. I guess I started of with the best one. Any recommendations where both FL & ML are super smart, capable, fun, flirty, good, rizz... Duke Su is the best ML in all the drama

right? And in the beginning he doesn't have much talking, its all his eyes and micro expressions. And then suddenly unveiling all this complexity.. They should have given him more screen time, rather then stepmom scenes.
Love Wang Xingyue's styling here. Will this be the drama that makes me forgive him for One and Only?
this comment is so good.. it made me realise he portrayed the most evil cruel male antagonist in One and Only. And on the other hand he is the most favourite ML in the Double, powerful, helpful, and yet a green flag with humour. He can achieve to love or hate him.
