While reading some posts for currently airing dramas, I've noticed that many comments are becoming more and more…
The comments aren't anything new. Check any drama listed here. Why attack others for their own opinions though?

People are free to vent however they wish.

A "Drama Fever Original" had me wary starting it, but I decided to watch the first two episodes. My Secret Romance (another Drama Fever Original) was disappointing and the production quality is weaker, but as long as the characters and plot are good I don't mind lower quality productions.

This one started off a lot like "Marriage, Not Dating" which is one of my all-time favorites. But now it has a bit of a fantasy plot. I enjoy the characters so far and the plot isn't bad. I just hope they keep it up and don't wreck it like what happened with MSR towards the end. MSR romance didn't have much of a plot to begin with but it was fluffy and cute. But then it got draggy and boring, which really only is tolerated if it is a great show to begin with.

Drama Fever is just getting started on producing these and they will eventually release a good one after failing enough times. Practice makes perfect. I'm willing to give it a shot.

This show was a big fat dud. The ending was disappointing. The entire show was a disappointment. The production was cheap. The entire show was a journey for the female lead that I wasn't interested in watching.

checked viki... some parts not copied i guess or either side might have been modified later..... but watched ep…
It looks like it might be accurate. Although we are left in the dark for at least the first four episodes. And that 1st episode was very confusing and I'm not sure how it ties in to the rest of the series yet.

Title The Princess Wei Young Spoiler
I enjoyed this one. Probably because of Tiffany Tang more so than anything else. The 1st half was much better…
I also felt like Chang Ru was not a believable villain. And her reasoning was absurd. But I guess if she was crazy it could be plausible. But her character never came across as crazy.

Why must both girls think that killing off Wei Young is going to make the men they like start liking them all of a sudden?

And in the 2nd half of the show it was almost like all of Chang Le's transgressions were forgotten. It only took a couple words from the Princess Consort to change the Emperor's mind. And then the Princess Consort always believing everything Chang Le says, but none of what anyone else said was silly. At least she finally came around. But then bam she gets killed off.

Also felt like Tuoba Yu's feelings and reasoning for liking Wei Young never made any sense either. His ambition for the throne and power were completely contradictory to his feelings for Wei Young. And liking Wei Young was only going to hinder his ascension to the throne because of how often she was framed and how many had doubts about her.

And then both leads going Noble Idiot towards the end with Jun marrying Chang Le and then Wei Young narrowly marrying Tuoba Yu. So idiotic.

Besides all that though it was a joy to watch Wei Young and Jun together.

I enjoyed this one. Probably because of Tiffany Tang more so than anything else. The 1st half was much better than the 2nd half though. The entire 2nd half was the 1st half all over again with different villains. I read a review saying the show plagiarized itself and it definitely did. Found myself skipping through some of the 2nd half because I wasn't really that interested in watching the same events unfold again, just a bit differently.

Very beautiful series to watch. Good acting. And great chemistry between the leads.

don't like the main male, rather main female end up with the prince instead... he's such a sweetheart
Really? The young prince is a spoiled brat. It is written as an unlikable character.

Any further subbing than ep 22 so far?
Those subs to 22 were only released a couple days ago. Wait a bit longer for more.

I'm still doing that 'will I drop it THIS episode' thing....
I think the only thing holding my back from dropping it is that nothing else is showing on M/T because of the Olympics.

This show started out well in my opinion, but even at only 4 or 5 episodes in the writers have no idea what to do with Kang In Kyu. They can't seem to make a decision on which direction to take the character. Flip flopping with each episode. There is no consistency.

Title Don't Dare to Dream Spoiler
Well this is certainly an interesting show to review. Just finished the show and will update this review/opinion. Added my updated thoughts with a dash to start. Here are my thoughts.

I hate love triangles. And I never sympathize or enjoy 2nd male leads. However, in this show I felt that Na Ri and Jung Won were a good match. I know they won't end up together and at the point I am at it is starting to come together. The Jung Won character is perfect in every way. Which makes me wonder why he hasn't already been in a long-term relationship? Why does he fall in love at first sight all of a sudden? I never find any of that very believable. But ignoring that, the couple felt somewhat natural. I didn't like how Jung Won's character fell apart, which was completely out of character. Na Ri even mentions him being out of character at one point. Jung Won knew about the past between Na Ri and Hwa Shin, but seems completely blind-sided by it. Out of character.

- After finishing the show I wasn't very happy with the direction Jung Won's character was taken. The jealousy felt like a cheap manufactured way for Na Ri to make a decision. And it wasn't like she hadn't seen Hwa Shin with other girls before. And had even actively sabotaged him back when she was in a unrequited romance with Hwa Shin. She had gone from jealous, to feeling nothing, to jealous again. I think the writers just needed to manufacture something instead of a more reasonable explanation. Overall I think it was that I liked Hwa Shin more with Hye Won than Na Ri. Hye Won was a much more mature, strong, and interesting character than Na Ri.

I feel like Na Ri and Hwa Shin play off each other better as friends than potential lovers. These two are funny and have chemistry, but I don't find it romantic. Sometimes men and women can be best friends. She did pity Hwa Shin. And he helped her with her career. But the change in feelings all of a sudden was fake in my opinion.

I really enjoy the interactions between Hwa Shin and Hong Hye Won. I ship those two as a better couple than Na Ri and Hwa Shin. I know they won't end up together, but I wish they would. They have some real chemistry and their scenes together are great. Hye Won is an underrated character in the series that didn't get enough screen time.

- It was criminal what was done with Hye Won's character to end her screen time. And I felt like this really could have been one of the rare shows where the main leads don't end up together. The secondary leads played their parts well and I think it would have made for a better journey and ending to pair up the secondary leads with the main leads. This wasn't about going back to ex's, but more about the development of each character. I think it would have flowed better with Na Ri moving on from her unrequited romance and Hwa Shin moving on as well. I also didn't like the additional sterility medical issue at the end. It was a poor attempt at dragging the story just to show another break-up and have them come back together.

Beyond the main love triangle there are two more. So the show is making a point of tackling complicated love triangles. And love triangles between best friends. The adult one is more interesting than the HS one. The HS one is an obvious friend zone case for one of the boys. And then some other issues were tackled that were interesting.

- I felt like the adult love triangle was rushed. And we didn't get to see enough of it. I also felt like Kye Seong Sook was pushed aside because she was the birth mother and already had that recognition. Didn't like how it played out with Seong Sook's character. The HS love triangle was as expected.

Why must Na Ri, and other weather casters, resign before interviewing for a better position? Is it frowned upon in that society to attempt to move up the company hierarchy? That seems odd.

- And what ended up happening to Na Ri's career at the end was disappointing. All of that only to go back to the beginning?

Title Negotiator Spoiler
Not really in the friends category, but parents can sometimes do this because they think they know what's good…
Tian Yu is a stranger to Tong Wei's friends is what I meant. He knows Tong Wei from college. He isn't close friends with Tong Wei's friends or family. Yet they all treat Tian Yu like he is their close friend and they are match-making for him.

I also don't really buy into Tian Yu being a better catch than the heir to a large conglomerate. Both are "catches" purely because of status and money.

Anyone else bothered by everyone in Tong Wei's life assisting the 2nd male lead to court her? Whatever happened to real friendship and helping the friend before some stranger she isn't interested in beyond friendship? Going above and beyond and actively sabotaging someone she is interested in.

Has this happened to anyone in real life often?

The Chinese adaptation of unTouchable is pretty much 100% accurate. They added some extra filler content for suspense that wasn't from the webtoon, but everything else in the webtoon has been in the Cdrama so far. I've read the webtoon and been watching both seasons of the Cdrama.

After reading the webtoon, I found it a bit one dimensional and bland. I think a Kdrama adaptation with some additional story content, not what the Cdrama did, could make for a really good show though. It needs more depth though.

Is it me or is the production very low quality? I'm no expert and rarely comment on the camera or sound, but it comes across very amateur. Why are the footsteps so loud?

And not so much on the business. I know most Chinese dramas are in the business genre but they really need to…
What is with entitled 2nd male leads? These guys aren't love interests. They are eternally in the friend zone. You usually don't get out of the friend zone.
