That's interesting, so you think that Thada's background was explained too late? I haven't thought about that…
If Thada's background had been revealed earlier it would make him a bit less creepy. I didn't think he was that creepy but I would have preferred knowing why he had such a strong connection/attachment to Armin earlier.
the hashtag bit makes sense when I read the novel because he also was reset back in the special chapters. I am…
I am curious to see what they do in the series and if knowing the hashtag will make sense or not. I agree that Pan and Pond are doing an amazing job, can't wait to see them in more series in the future.
The uncut version is brutal with Victor and Nan Krai dying. TK goes to the cave and cries and he is magically transported back in time. With difficulty, he ignores Victor but then ends up dying as well (though then Victor and Nan Krai are alive).
In the cut version it's kind of happy in that everyone is alive in the do-over and the viewer can imagine 2 couples together (but it would be TK and Nan Krai and not TK and Victor), since they don't include the scene of TK dying. You could watch episode 8 part C to see this ending.
So Blue can randomly be seen/felt by people for a period of time but then he ends up disappearing again. After the initial credits, it shows him driving the car that Sia is riding. I interpreted it as a sad ending and showed he was watching Sia from the other side???
no matter how much i'm loving this series so far, i myself also could not get over the implied gang rape of that…
yeah, I'm trying to view this thru the fictional bodice rippers lens, because once he ordered the gang rape and tried to murder that guy there was no redemption for him in real life.
I understand you wholeheartedly. The first episode left me with such a bad impression of the series, I almost…
Yes, the first episode had some very violent parts and the rest of the episodes seemed toned down and had a more goofy vibe. I'm hoping we see character growth, time will tell.
They never properly both confess to each other. Fifa goes to Japan, they have no discussion about having a long distance relationship so I did not take it that they were together or would ever be together. It felt like a coming of age story for Fifa, similar to Call Me By Your Name.
