He has no right to force himself into her life when she does not WANT him around. And he CAN'T go and take Haneul away from her just like that, even if this sack of shit is the confirmed father. That would be kidnapping. Because the full custody of the child lies with the mother, Yeondoo. Trashfly has to go thru the appropriate legal procedure first b4 anything. Which is why it is so important for YD to log all of JH's unhinged behavior, his harassment, his threats, his stalking, all of this is or can bound to escalate to physical violence very quickly. THAT IS THE VERY DEFINITION OF STALKING AN EX PARTNER, because she does not want him anywhere near herself, is scared af of him, because he refuses to budge and continues to make her feel unsafe and frightened. And I don't think they should be punished for a sudden unexpected family relation since it is not by blood. Would be different if they grew up together but they have not known each other for long actually (hell they were longer apart than together even)
