Wow the difference in how TK greets DS and DW, ouch. Like if I were TK I would not greet this hypocrite at all, but yeah. It got a lot colder all the sudden. TK is soo good with kids, big and small, like I can’t imagine that he initially never wanted to be a dad. Unfathomable. DW stops TK from following his own little fam where this asshole is no longer part of and everything that will happen in regards of his relationship with YM, another big hypocrite will be sweet sweet karma. “Let’s talk.”

I swear Haneul HAS to be TK’s kid biologically bc she is the friendliest, most charming and cutest kid and I cannot fathom how a sack of shit like JH could be involved in her creation. The scene is giving me diabetes and I love every moment of it.YD is worried about TK, which I appreciate being shown as it is the little details that show her commitment/care now and much needed after her character assassination. With DW, TK once more emphasizes how he wants to raise Haneul as his own child and on top of everything REGISTER THEIR MARRIAGE and adopt Haneul legally. COMMON SENSE HAS BRIEFLY ENTERED THE BUILDING. He gets cheered on for it by SK and DS which awww. I love these adorable captains of the lead ship. They want to win over BN bit by bit I think even as DW this asshole remains one, but in the end softens to go to see haneul. Love how YD stays back for silent moral support here of TK bc they now know they only can do this together. Their smiles at e/o are so cute.

Not to be this person but you probably should not base your opinion of a foreign culture on a highly bullshit-filled overdramatic plot in a kdrama. Or you know any kdrama for that matter. Especially not makjang ones such as TRHC. I am not claiming to be an expert here mind, but since i am learning korean i also learning a lot about their culture (since language and culture belong together) and you would do well to differentiate kdrama from reality in SK.

This is also actual korean law, but the writers just said naaaaaah and did a disappearing act on all law enforcement for some idiotic heightening drama reasons. You call the police and get a restraining order for stalking creeps like that normally, especially when small children are involved. Since there is a a new stalking law since 2021, acts of harassment with stalking etc are punishable for up to three years in prison or $30000 in fines.

Also while bloodlines are still very high valued, stigma about adoption and single mothers exist due to Confucianism being one hell of a drug, any nowadays korean people with common sense WOULD LAUGH AT THIS LUNATIC SCREAMING I AM FATHER, in reality, i bet.
