welp, guess i skip on watching and wait till tomorrow and its very likely obnoxious last five-ten minutes of "happy ending." for the leads. I hate when writers do this rushed shit, just because they reintroduce some artificial drama/conflict at the last minute, ugh. Worse even if it undoes all the progress we watched the leads make in the prior TWELVE episodes, as if it was just a mirage of our minds. Tho if i remember it correctly she did this already with her other drama, soooo for some frikkin weird reason she seems to love these last minute resolutions 🤷‍♂️ which will never not be unsatisfactory for the viewer, btw.

idk, tbh. Even if it were the case, only the opinion of the domestic viewership would hold weight, anyway. Personally, i think the later she appears in an episode the better for the story overall, since it gives breathing room for other things and characters

Still the writer is quite intensely using delulu debbie for narrative annoy... err tension atm and to push the leads together in creating some sort of urgency. And seeing how sasaeng sissy is now turning her obsession into obsession 2.0 because she is not singularly obsessing over status/marrying rich anymore, but the ML himself too (i refuse to call it love), it probably will continue as much Taekyung will continue not giving a shit about her. Since this is makjang and her stalker-ish tendencies are only growing atm, i can actually see her ending up trying to harm yeondoo/the baby to "get her/them out of the way." once her already flat as hell niceness bullshit falls thru. And then TK gonna go to town on her ass, and not in a sexy way. More like a hulk turning green smashing bricks into her face way 😂

Either way, i feel we have to tolerate annoying asshat for a while still, until either her not anymore father fesses up, and/or fuckboi JH returns and then (they) play(s) wrecking ball with her crooked ruin of liiiiiiiies.

Not sure when the leads first kiss will be, but i am already sure i will be dying of squee 😆

And the one single time he agreed to her lunch invitation the man was so hyper-focused on getting finally some food after starving for over a day, he would have taken anyone on the offer, even joseon granny 😂 Because he did not care for the company it was all about the food, hence why he totally ignored her until his plate of sushi was emptied. And,he also choked on the water he drank when stalking snake asked "if he regrets letting her go now" hahaaha. Speaks more than thousand words but ofc our resident sasaeng delusioned herself to see it as agreement and a green light.

He is not her friend, he is barely tolerating her due to her lie of having saved his wife. It's all one-sided, in her head and because creepy crayfish is hounding and follow him around like a psychostalker. He never contacts her or seeks her out on his own either. Also pay more attention to his reactions, words and body language when delulu debbie appears and is together with him in a scene and you will see 😉 (particularly in comparison to how he is with Yeondoo)

Given her growing sasaeng-ness, SJ is most likely there to live in the walls and watch him sleep. Maybe even profess her undying obsession with creepy poetry written in blood 😂

Come to think of it, I actually like the pretend option with him being fully aware what has been said but avoiding it. Because i think he needs to hear those words out loud to realize that he, in fact, likes her, and more. Since I think TK hasn't reached quite this point yet where it had sunken in, despite or due to all other things he'd already done at breakneck speed there (jealousy about her work colleague, being petty about cake, the way he is named on her phone and her not picking up when he calls, long-time married couple-style, being all nerves around her, thinking about her all day, even when drunk etc.)

Yall take this waaaay too seriously tbh. As someone said here, it is a cultural thing of him staying cordially polite to people who do the same with him, and he is generally a kind guy, but he never for once returns or even entertains her honeyed bullshit. (hell even drunk he is curt with her and only thinks about YD) He always shoots her down, politely still but resolute. Not once does he contact her or seek her out, it is all creepy jester hounding him. all one sided and even the politeness will cease as soon she tries anything (like to harm YD) , or when the house of lying cards eventually crushes down on phonestealing phony. And I cannot buy enough popcorn when this moment comes tbh 😂

She believes she is doing him a favor in moving things along so she is no longer burdening him and he can return to his old life being a bachelor dating beautiful, curvy women. Hence the frequent cheery updates about her progress to him. Aka 'don't worry I won't be bothering you for long anymore." This is also why she didn't take him up on his offer to help her, and postponed being friends to only 'later' when she has sorted everything out and does not need to rely on and bother him for it.

She doesn't consider that the old life has already lost its spark for him, that he WANTS to stay with her beyond any contract now. Because it would never have been an option she would think had any chance to become reality, least of all him falling for her. Not in her wildest dreams.

Imo YD has a lot of inadequacy issues (also due her ex cheating) and of course the guilt of lying to his parents plays a role here too. So she is taking the high road out, with the least amount of hurt and problems caused, particularly for Taekyung. Least thing she can do for him after all his support and help for her, right?

The irony of course is that doing this, rushing to wrap things up to leave him behind, is exactly what hurts him most. And she fails to see this.

Well let's just say in all of their interaction TK is (still) polite enough, but actually does not give a shit about the stalking monster to entertain her in this way. Also he is 'head empty only Yeondoo' too, of course.

I would pay real world monies for option 3, but I think it will be option 1 instead, heh. Given he passionately and very emotionally defends her against granny in the preview I find option 2 unlikely.

But yeah with how he distant/detached he was at the start of the drama I can definitely see him keeping his former partners at arms length. Close enough but never close *close*(like it happened with YD who constantly got under his skin) heh. More physical than emotional attachment too probably. So lot of firsts for him now since the feelings precedes anything physical and are reaching deeeeeep 😏 No wonder he is reeling with emotions, this man is catching up on everything he missed out on before, ffw button style. Including being a jealous, petty husband that as punishment for YD not appreciating him enough took back the cake he bought for her 😂

Since I am using both I'm especially bothered by the messages being readable whenever (lock screen) thing. It is so reckless in their situation.
