Title True to Love Spoiler
first of all, he's not blameless. he still was not emotionally available, as even he eventually realizes. secondly,…
Just c/p my answer from above, since aramintaj basically said the same and my reply suits here too:

Oh for sure he is not blameless, as there is always two in a relationship and he is aware of his mistakes made in it. I think the reason it bothers me is that her reaction feels so disproportionate to what actually happened during it. It is not as tho ML was a cheating, belittling scumbag or whatever.

Hence even leaving her cheating/two timing etc aside, it feels off to harbor this level of vindictiveness toward him afterwards. Especially when she was the one breaking things off and moved on first (which is fully in her right ofc) But then wanting to see him suffer forever after that, unable to forget her while she moves on with her life? Nah, that is all kind of yikes.

Yep, fully agree. Definitely a twisted ego thing. Also I believe today's episode was about SH getting much needed closure, so he can move on to the new chapter in his life which starts with B and ends with ora 🤭 And i am very sure we will see it next week.

(I really liked how she was consoling him for a change btw)

Oh the level of "told you so" i could apply to yall demonizing Soohyuk early on hahaha. I never fully believed…
And in today's episode she turns out vindicate and two-timing, wow. It is not about her getting closure to move on, but to make and see him suffer, at best forever. Sure did SH miss to voice his commitment, but jesus in christ this ain't a normal/measured reaction by any means. She treats him as tho he cheated on her, constantly belittled her/treated her like dirt, or never did anything for her all these years. Like... if it were that, i would at least somewhat understand it, but nope. He was actually just a taciturn guy that showed his care through actions in place of words. (not to mention that he is aware of his mistakes made in that relationship and told her so)

And that especially while she is the one bound to get married to the guy that warmed her bed, when she still was seeing SH. Wow. I wish i could say i am surprised about this (not so) mild narcissism of hers (aka that whole "he should dwell in despair and never find happiness/being loved ever again, now i am gone" attitude), but in light of everything else, i am not.

"Relationships are meant to be petty and mean." Yikes. Oh the bullet you dodged here, Soohyuk, fr. It could shatter a bricked house.

Oh the level of "told you so" i could apply to yall demonizing Soohyuk early on hahaha. I never fully believed Yuri's pity party, not even right after she threw it for herself via radio submission. Always seemed odd to me and way too one-sided (because why would she stay in a relationship for YEARS when you are *this* dissatisfied with everything, and without confronting your partner WAY earlier about the issues you have. Instead to publicly humiliate him (however nameless) to put yourself into the "poor me" victim corner? Yeah no. Super shitty behavior to begin with)

More under spoilers.

"I am Scully, and you are like...Mulder. Just partners in crime, nothing more."Err, Bora IS aware that Scully/Mulder…
It is at the beginning, right after they had their talk about where they are at and how they are just friends. And then in the car we get tension/chemistry between them so thick i feel the need for a smoke again 😂. Not to mention them flirting but sure just friends 😆😏

If denial were an Olympic discipline they would win gold🤣

Wnich makes it even funnier tbh, bc that scene in the car right after... nothing about this was "just friends" like they kept emphasizing. Not even a single second of it hahaha.

Title The Good Bad Mother Spoiler
We don't know if he went to that extent, there are things that were hidden in flashbacks or present time so I…
For me, all these things made it impossible to root for him as a character to succeed. Aka unable to watch 10 more hours or so of his journey of healing and him being oh so wholesome, when he has destroyed other peoples' life without as much as blink an eye before that. Not to mention the maybe, maybe not murder of a young mother and her baby that is left up in the air for a stupid plot gotcha moment much later instead to clarify immediately whether or not it is a fakeout. Because nothing of him shown to that point far made me trust that he was so pure of heart that he didn't actually go through with it. Particularly not due his cruel stepping over bodies attitude, in the name of "revenge" all this time.

Others here may be more forgiving and able to handwave it as a certain fakeout, but for me, in his case and in the face of his cruelty, seeing is believing and it would have been crucial to show mother and baby to be alive asap in order to give ML any further lenience and enough "sympathy" to watch his further story/character development (and also hopefully hopefully later on incoming punishment for all the cruel shit he had done). Alas it did not happen.

Title The Real Has Come! Spoiler
guys, i have questions!does sj's father know tk's wife is yd??? he doesn't right?and does bong nim know sj is…
Jang Ho does not know about Yeondoo being Taekyung's wife, nor how "they came to be" as he wasn't present due to his injury, when YD crashed the wedding. And afterwards, there was little point or reason to him meeting Taekyung and possibly find out the identity of his now (not) wife, nor did BN brought it up in his presence. Plus he does not even know yet that Bong Nim is the mother of YD yet, only that YD's mother is in his school as student. (since she told him at the end of eps 14)

Bong Nim however knows about Cruella and has seen/met her at the In Law meeting, where joseon granny brought her delulu minion to crash it. Aka knows her name and how she looks, but not that she is in fact Jang Ho's daughter whose wedding fell through (banshee mom was there to hand out invitation and BN is aware of the wedding fail of JH's daughter) It seems the writer did take greatest joy in building all these close-knitted webs without combining them thus far. And that all in preparation for letting it become a great tangled mess very soon 😆

the car scene when tk asked her she need to go to hospital or not makes me feel uneasy. that's why i think maybe…
Because while TK has his flaws ofc, he is a good, empathic person in general. So if he thinks/knows someone got hurt, he is gonna check if they need help. No matter who it is at that point. Kinda also needed a trait for being a doctor (obgyn or not) It does not mean he is eating up her bs.

And even if he were (because this is about his (not) wife he is increasingly protective about for real) it will only last as long as his worry for YD does and this situation involving her is resolved, with knowing her being safe/sound. Since he does not care for delulu clown at all and it is all about YD for him.

Oh and it seems knetz agrees to what you are saying here, hehhttps://www.kdramastars.com/articles/129579/20230509/cha-joo-young-acting-the-real-has-come-sparks-controversy.htm
Yep. I am still stuck in beginner/low intermediate hell with my Korean after a year of learning but dear god her mumbling 🙄 I truly struggle to parse the words she is saying most of the time due to that. And it only adds to her character being so low energy and boring.

AJH indeed ain't the best actor but damn compare her line delivery to that of the scene where AJH swooped in as TK to protect YD from the sketchy teacher dude for example. The delivery of his lines has such a nice flow there, even a rhythm, with the right inflection and emotion. It makes listening to him talk interesting for me whereas with SJ im hard pressed to care at all what she says, even when I do understand her words said instead mumbled for once, lol
On The Real Has Come! May 10, 2023
Oh I know a looooot of people think here that TK is once more falling for Queen Delulu's bag of crazy, niceness edition (tm) but i rewatched the scene once more and noticed that a) Taekyung is a) giving her a very particular look as she turned and leaves in a way that he indicates he is full aware of her pulling some new bs and

b) More amusingly he is also deliberately flaunting the "wedding" ring on his finger to this boring clown in a very subtle FU manner 😂😂😂 Like the way he holds the small tea cup (u don't need two hands for this, my man) and, leaning forward in his seat folding his hands with the ringed finger/hand always in front (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FvvCoWqacAYM4gA?format=jpg&name=large) and visible in a way she had to notice. And i loved that😂😏

The drama has so many coincidences that the male lead keeps bumping into the female lead. It's so unrealistic…
that is why it is a kdrama, tbh ;)

I was waiting for it to be available on Prime Video, but it's still not available so thank you kisskh. Ep 9 was…
SH was indeed hurt by both women's words, as he only called it a "mistake" after they did. Yu Jung wanted to help but unknowingly insulted him and made it much more difficult for Bora to begin with, not once but twice in this episode and i cringed along with Soohyuk both times. Or rather three times when Bora boasted how seducing SH would be child's-play and invalidated his feelings. Like he has had all the right to be pissed off and pour her some words of truth this episode, ngl.

I really don't like her. She comes off as fake af in general. I knew there was a reason why i had had zero pity for her one-sided sobstory.
