to answer the first and second question 😁:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBk0P27QGmc
A more serious reply, tho :
With just three episodes seen so far, you really haven't seen much of it yet tbh. Tho I am not sure what i should tell you about this drama that the comment section has not already expressed in all the myriad positive ways. As for the romance.... their dynamic matures into two people who understand, trust and are honest with each other a bit later on (around eps 6 going forward.) So it is more complex than just "chaotic, bickering idiots in love haha" tbh. This MV vid is a good example of that without being too spoilery about *other* very important things:
This episode is just proof that Chawoong's "change" was always meant to be temporarily. SH laying down all the…
Not so minor detail i forgot: The drama SHOWING how Chawoong has changed over the course of the story with him sharing his clothes and cosmetics with Ma Dong so he looks good for his date is just 👌 (including the most adorable PPL there is) Old Chawoong would have N-E-V-E-R
Okay after THAT ending scene my soul has finally stopped vibrating enough to write some more thoughts down about…
This episode is just proof that Chawoong's "change" was always meant to be temporarily. SH laying down all the facts early on (we stan a candid and open conversation about feelings and issues) was the much needed wake up call. I repeat myself but i loooooove how this drama does not linger on conflicts and NEVER drags them out. Instead the story faces them head on and resolves it quickly in a satisfying, sensible manner suiting to the characters.
The best example, aside of addressing CCW's weirdness, is how Choi was handled just after ONE episode where they had their fallout. The reconcilation was so natural bc CCW only begrudgingly accepted him back and demoted him to a newbie and subject to Areum's power trips haha🤣 Buuuut he is part of the ghost fam again whereas other dramas would have waited for a dramatic last minute save of Choi in the final to redeem himself. And i loved how the focus was, unlike in the preview, not on evil creeper and the main conflict but fully took a step back to center it around its core characters. I love love love how we are getting the backstories of the ghost employees and closure for them too before the drama is over. This drama is truly the full, most well-rounded package i have seen since Mr. Queen. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
And Seul Hae in love and all giggly rewatching his dorky video with newfound appreciation was the most adorable thing ever. Pls give me more of this in the remaining 3 episodes (god i will be so sad when it is over tbh)
IKR? I love FNOS so much, it even trumps my need to watch Sh**ting Stars asap,. Best drama unfortunately too few people are watching, tbh. (that kiss, i am still a puddle of goo)
Yeeees, episode 13 of FNOS is on Viki now. It is the one drama where a new episode always drops super-fast, aka one hour after airing. Dunno why but i am not complaining hahaha
Yo, still at the first quarter of the episode but i needed to come here and appreciate how they addressed Chawoong being caught up in the past since waking up. This conversation between them was really really well done, honest and was needed. Like, this drama always delivers, bless.
Not gonna watch live today either, bc the new episode of "From Now On Showtime" just dropped on Viki, and it has very much PRIORITY. (☞゚∀゚)☞ Sorry not sorry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is about Mystic Pop Up Bar, but since both are from the same writer and some here on the fence whether or not to watch it post FNOS, here have a MPUB appreciation post that should help to end your hesitancy:
I was trying to understand the MDL photos above (posted by soonsetra) of the "Virgin Ghost" and Dong Cheol. Found…
Hong Soo-hyun will make a special appearance as a maiden ghost in the 13th episode of MBC's Saturday-Sunday drama "From Now, Showtime!"
Basically the maiden ghost is connected with Ma Dong, so i guess we get his backstory first? The other things are just fluff text said a million times before (story summary etc)

Not sure tho if i should be amused or pissed that the actors and PHJ's agency is doing basically 100% of the promotion for FNOS whereas MBC itself does jackshit?
Okay... after brief consideration, i am more pissed tbh. Love the pics regardless, of course.
There were parts that were needed for the character's peace of mind and resolution of arcs but I feel this drama is losing its steam and some parts were unnecessarily drawn out or didn't have to be shown at all. Like who cares why Yoosung was fired at his first job long ago? Also not a fan of how the writers wanted us to manipulate emotionally to sympathize with TS's mom ugh. Like I don't fucking care for your sob story or reason to abandon your child. You have been a shitty parent and person, fuck off.
Ofc she got her reunion with TS but at least it was focused on TS getting much needed closure than 'let's be a happy family from here on out' bs of other kdramas. Small mercies lol. I love love love how mature and introspective/self-aware TS has become and going about to talk about issues and his feelings instead of pouting in a corner letting the resentment eating him inside out. That is wonderful character development over the course of the drama. Same for the relationship between the two leads. Wonderfully healthy, communicative, supportive and mature when dealing with issues, or in general. Pls give me more of its kind in future dramaland.
Overall tho there is not much story left to tell I feel, so I fear the last episodes may get a bit draggy with angst thrown in only to create some conflict instead of it organically fitting into the plot. But I would love to be wrong here of course.

Aaaaand for the most recent episode, the Chaseul ship has sailed now. Most beautifully so, even 🛳

(not that it matters much tbh, but it is still nice to see it up there)
