I was trying to understand the MDL photos above (posted by soonsetra) of the "Virgin Ghost" and Dong Cheol. Found…
Hong Soo-hyun will make a special appearance as a maiden ghost in the 13th episode of MBC's Saturday-Sunday drama "From Now, Showtime!"
Basically the maiden ghost is connected with Ma Dong, so i guess we get his backstory first? The other things are just fluff text said a million times before (story summary etc)
For Pong Baek's fanshttps://m.post.naver.com/viewer/postView.naver?volumeNo=33905395&memberNo=50838548&navigationType=push
Not sure tho if i should be amused or pissed that the actors and PHJ's agency is doing basically 100% of the promotion for FNOS whereas MBC itself does jackshit?
Okay... after brief consideration, i am more pissed tbh. Love the pics regardless, of course.
There were parts that were needed for the character's peace of mind and resolution of arcs but I feel this drama is losing its steam and some parts were unnecessarily drawn out or didn't have to be shown at all. Like who cares why Yoosung was fired at his first job long ago? Also not a fan of how the writers wanted us to manipulate emotionally to sympathize with TS's mom ugh. Like I don't fucking care for your sob story or reason to abandon your child. You have been a shitty parent and person, fuck off.
Ofc she got her reunion with TS but at least it was focused on TS getting much needed closure than 'let's be a happy family from here on out' bs of other kdramas. Small mercies lol. I love love love how mature and introspective/self-aware TS has become and going about to talk about issues and his feelings instead of pouting in a corner letting the resentment eating him inside out. That is wonderful character development over the course of the drama. Same for the relationship between the two leads. Wonderfully healthy, communicative, supportive and mature when dealing with issues, or in general. Pls give me more of its kind in future dramaland.
Overall tho there is not much story left to tell I feel, so I fear the last episodes may get a bit draggy with angst thrown in only to create some conflict instead of it organically fitting into the plot. But I would love to be wrong here of course.
His pouty "I can't even look?" when told off by Areum staring like an adoring if overbearing puppy at Seul Hae…
Like he is so fucking extra, he prepared a ROYAL feast for her to celebrate her promotion. Gosh, when you look up the definition of 'being whipped' I bet you will find a picture of Cha Cha Woong there 🤭😏😂
TvN Spoilers for Ep. 14: This is verbatim (word-for-word) copied directly from tvN’s site. IOW, NOT my translation!…
Cleaned it up a little. TVN hire meeee lmao
On Yoon Woo’s death anniversary, the Starforce employees gather in the organic bar to spend time as if they were weaving. (the what now??? cant decipher that lol)
Taesung, remiscending about Yoon Woo with Han Byeol, is determined to confront the culprit who had sent him the red envelopes. Han Byeol also learns of the origin of the Starforce Pass that has been posted in the Anti-Café.
Meanwhile, Kippum confesses her feelings to Su Hyuk and Ho Young feels uneasy about the popularity of her boyfriend Yusung.
Lol was about to post the same but excuse me while i am screaming about/chanting: (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧차슬…
Oh it is one of these articles filled with many words but little substance. (Also funny how they are the same on different sites) Summarizes the story and character a bit, nothing new here but it is basically three-thirds of that article lol. Rest is about how romance is in the air, things getting serious for the both couples etc etc etc. Meaning ChaSeul finally gonna stop frustrating me... err... I mean K-I-S-S (。◕‿‿◕。) and commit to each other. And our young cop and golddigger... err secondary couple go on a date together. That is basically all the info you need to know ;) 😁
Not purely rom-com and more of a genre-mix with heavy rom-com elements and genuinly funny imo:Crazy Love (the…
Same here. I am glad more and more people are giving this underrated drama much (well-deserved) love. It is just so well-rounded and executed in everything to the point where i find zero flaws with it <3 (which is super-rare ofc)
Where's Bloomingtide and her recaps? I don't understand Korean, but I can give a few highlights below. Oh, and…
Sorry i had no time to watch live today, so no recap from me or something. Plus, I still misinterpret some scenes due to lack of an extensive vocabulary (I'm know around 400-600 Korean words atm, so I can grasp around 30% of the dialogue well, tho this leaves a large margin for errors of course) This is why it is best to always take my recaps with a grain of salt 😅😅😅
But for today I gotta wait to watch till it is released with subs on a streaming page like everyone else 😆 Tomorrow I'm less busy tho, so I will return to my live watching routine 😜😘
Omg their new stills!!!Do you see it? Do you see it? You've got to see it!! 🤩❤https://twitter.com/Aldebaran0501/status/1532524950200131584?t=6y13JekORDlEYuSUsYssNA&s=19

Honestly, i looooove slow burn, but by now i feel slightly blue-balled by all the missed opportunities to commit already and a K I S S. Because with Chaseul I almost feel like KJH in Welcome to Waikiki here haha 😂
To say it frankly: I would be super-pissed if the end of episode 12 would have been the end of the drama. Shiiiit that would have been very anti-climatic. Like there are no things settled so far outside of showing us their past connection fully. The baddie returned and it always seemed to have been the plan to have it wear a more familiar face to up the stakes and hide in plain sight, so to speak. So a big final is coming with possible painful losses. Plus we have yet to see the lead's ship sailing for real and the still untold ghost employees stories. There is still enough ground to cover to the point where i am asking myself if the four remaining episodes are enough for it tbh 🤔
The "last day" notice popped up my Korean drama Netflix the other day. Now watching Ep 10 and finally stopped…
Had a few busy IRL days so i am only now hitting past the halfway mark... but i still like the drama. Not one i would have picked up without PHJ or it leaving netflix, but definitely a fun watch with some minor draggy parts i ffwd thru. Very different from the dramas i choose to watch too, as action/thriller etc is not my first choice, but here it is more of a nice genre mix with some added humor and romance. (the kissing scenes are deadeye-fished and terrible tho. Poong Baek does it much better haha)
I like how FL basically bacomes his partner in crime. The bromance is rather meh to me, but i like that while the actor is very extra and a diva at times, he is also very caring about the people around him.
I saw that people took issue with it, but don't think there needs to be a big reason or explanation why Agent K fell in love for real with Do Ha but not the other women before her during his spec op missions. Love is just that, it happens when meeting the right person, even at the most inopportune times. I kinda like the romance due to it being pretend gone wrong with added "oh no i caught feelings for real" panic the otherwise so very suave agent has to deal with, haha. 😏🤣
I love how PHJ is playing the role since it is so very different to the resident magic dork Cha Cha Woong and yet in the humorous or petty scenes (in episode 4, i think) i see hints of his most recent role coming thru. And i cackled when early on he did the magic tricks to distract ppl xD. Overall it is very different to the usual kdrama i watch, but still fun. Bit in the vein of vincenzo with Agent K being the super-capable lone wolf defeating all the baddies with elaborate plans/scheming, tho it lacks Vincenzo's overall charm and quirky humor. Still it holds up its own quite well and is a good watch, mostly thanks to PHJ and Park Sung Woo.
Good to know. I had put this drama on hold bc i was fed up of the wangst fest, so skipping from episode 10 where i left off straight to 13 is the way to go then haha

It's one of these "I'd lay my life for you down in a heartbeat, always worry about you and trust you implicitly,…
Hehe, no problem. I love these two dorks and their complex dynamic so much <3
This MV about them is great too btw, shows more of their trust/understanding and growth with each other. Like, hugs are great and all, but my favorite interaction between them is still the honest talk post their big misunderstandings/fight at the end of episode 6 and this is a beautiful rendition of it with understanding as theme:
