I know he has a big crush on HS, it is very obvious and yet he acts like a possessive husband when a) he has absolutely no business doing so b) HS is doing only her job and yes this is being disproportionately jealous. He really comes off as Mr. Nice Guy who will turn on you as soon you don't react the way he finds appropriate tbh. So while he is treating HS nicely, i wonder how long it will last, especially when she starts to get interested in Taeho instead of him. As said, episode 4 was giving me bad vibes regarding Taemin. But maybe he will surprise me positively after all? We will see. Not holding my breath tho.

I am glad SML has to deal with an obsessive lady for once, bc i really don't care about TM so far. He is a bit shady in fact and i fear he is gonna follow in his evil mom's footsteps when TH wins over HS's affection later on. He is already disproportional jealous of and petty to TH for no reason tbh, so i don't see their dynamic going a good way, alas. So it is good that newscaster lady is lined up as his LI, might actually distract him from constantly comparing himself to Taeho, lmao.
Yeah as said Sis in law and her mother are traaaaaaash, but i am sure they will go under heavy char development as the show goes on. And all the female chars with lovelines are 🔥 and very fun, lively and outspoken thus far. Love to see it.

As i was saying before try From Now On Showtime, if you have not yet seen it (which is likely as it is a pretty overlooked show sadly)
It has the same tropes of supernatural events, tragic past lives, quirky comedy, destined love/reincarnated lovers, curses, chaotic lead dynamic, thriller/spooky elements, and well done slow burn romance and character development. ML is the loner staying away from people here (outside his magic shows), not FL tho they both have the same bickering but also wholesome supportive and wholesome "I am the one truly knowing/understanding you" dynamic in their quieter scenes. Just has 100% more (lovable) ghosts hehe.

Have a bit patience with it then tho, it starts a bit slow but it picks up around eps 5 with the past life subplot starting and their backstories of their parents explained. Excellent, fun cast and enemies to lovers lead dynamic.

Yes it is such a nice, lighthearted watch bc even the supposed villain is just a whiny pissbaby i cannot take seriously, and neither do the leads. Quasi a discount cruella version, and just as delulu lmao. Hope they send her an wedding invitation tho 😂
Nah it is only 28 eps now if you take the 100 eps version but i watch on viki with the one hour version, so it is only 14 eps to go till the full 50 heh. And i heard after eps 40 it is all smooth sailing with an extensive wedding, greeting the inlaws and other fluffy things. Bless. This drama is everything TRHC could have been but never was. Bc structurally it reminds me a bit of that, tho of course the characters and side-plots are far better developed than in that trainwreck, lol.

I also love Mirin a lot already. She sees right thru the rude af student brother and knows how to handle him (that post it note, aka this is how you seem to communicate 😂) And Taehee is a total boss, extorting money out of her evil mother and running away before they can catch her 🤣 So far all the female characters (minus mom and that wife) are are all written well/in an interesting, outspoken way, and we have no obsessive SFL either this time. Such a win win. Hope this continues
