I had seen a still of the ML's resting bitch face for gym membership pic on Twitter. That didn't do justice to…
Yes it was sending meeeee. Hajoon is unsurprisingly doing great in the expression department, micro or otherwise. He has his character in betweens already figured out. And Taeho is a lot of fun already. Looking forward to him being a brat next week π
*plants herself into the comment section* Yo, hello friendos, i am ready for my first daily and hopefully yell less at clouds than before but also ready to do so if needed lol. Live Your Own Live was off to a good start, hope UF does the same heh.
It has been one episode, chill π But yeah, i would like to have another Five Enough type drama too.
That is the point and premise of once again. Starting out at the lowest point but gradually all of their situations improve. No one said family dramas are realistic but it is closer to actual life as it has no chabol fam for once but normal ppl working on the local market with family worries etc
And sorry you are really missing out on the best, most wholesome family drama out there, two eps is by far not enough to judge it. Gotta give it 10 full eps at least. Honestly give it another try and more time, maybe? I dunno about the other two weekenders other than All about my mom being written by the same writer we have for Live Your Own Life and Smile You is well loved by a kdrama buddy of mine but i don't know anything about it lol
Clearly this writer have been watching too much Fast and Furious and take the meaning of 'family' too far! No…
i, um, seriously doubt it will take this long? Like the writer is already setting her up to reach her limit, in every scene she looks ready to explode and walk out so far? Give it another week or three bc getting closer to ML is the catalyst she needed to walk away and live more for herself as they learn from each other. Her family also will get a hefty dose of wake tf up and growth as the show progresses.
It has been two eps only so far, like ppl have zero patience these days to see a story develop, it seems? After all, this is not TRHC where the leads are passive af, nor the same misogynistic writer (yikes), so not sure where this pessimism comes from ????? lol Bc LYOL with only two eps out already feels tenfold more modern than the last backward ass weekender.
SML looks more sus than ever tbh. Like just because it is made obvious or is already openly suspected in the drama doesn't mean he can't be it. In fact he is creeping me out and is openly toying with Yeol at this point (i have created this workshop as my alibi, you mean? Not to mention his whole micro-expressions in this scene, cold as ice and even amused, brrrrr.)
Yebun said he could not be the murderer because he is able to empathize with others and serial killers are often psychopaths. But she has forgotten the crucial fact at how good they are in masking to fit in.
Very interesting theories !! And wouah I completely forgot about the dead fish and the blood on the signboards…
i don't think the dead fishes were directed at the FL, feels more like someone trying out some curses and that was the result. The bloodied signboards feel more likely to be directed at her, since both had met and he was already head over heels for her at this point. Spell or not. Plus chicken/animal blood is commonly used for black magic so yeah.
Don't add unnecessary love triangle or any Other male lead to Like FL.ML is enough for FL........
well SML has had a crush on FL before well, jail happened and it seems he keeps on crushing being out again. While ML is starting to grow heart eyes, after his bout of being a rude brat that is π So you can expect some rivalry between them and some form of love triangle. However there is a newscaster lady in the cast that is meant having a loveline with SML, so the love triangle won't be there for long i think.

Once Again? If you have seen that one already, Homemade Love Story is a good watch too. Has some lowkey scheming but it is all pretty ineffectual daycare level shit and the leads confront and go toe to toe with the antagonists instead of doing fuckall. Overall very laidback watch with such an adorable, mutually supportive main couple, especially if you are coming fresh from the trashfire that was The Real Has Come.
Oh hell yeah. It has been a long time coming because it's so subtle with how the way Yeol looks at Yebun had really…
he is, heh, really love LMK's soft gazes so much, says so much without words. And him imitating her saying goodbye to SML in eps 11 was totally borne out of jealousy haha
One episode in and already 100% more shirtless scenes than the βThe Real has comeβ π«£π₯°Thank you drama…
And the comical kdrama evil hairdo not to forget π At least they leave no doubt from the get go who is the villain this time. I can appreciate the commitment to no subtility here π Hence there is hope the writer won't go "pooor misunderstood auuuunt pls pity her she had a haaaaard liiiiiife" one day at least.
"random nun arrival" i think no one had that on their bingo cards, when the perfectly logical solution would have been to use Hee as granddaughter instead. But we all know that dumbass writer outside of any romance, he hated all things that were logical, so random nun enabling her shitty brother it was ππ
i watch a lot of family/weekend drama atm and that mother in law could have been taken taken from one rich, disapproving family in there. A deadly weapon indeed π
Nothing to thank me for, i am just being here and did nothing other than already commenting too much hahaha. Glad to have you tho, friendo <3 And yes, LYOL has a classic soap opera feel in some scenes (the whole introduction of evil witch ursula... err aunt) but it is still modern and perky. Far more than TRHC, tbh. So far no horrid/gaudy house furnituring taken straight from the 1980' backyards too, which is a win already lmao
It has been one episode, chill π But yeah, i would like to have another Five Enough type drama too.
They were indeed. However in Once Again, everyone was a mess in the beginning too. With all kids being divorced, the one daughter's marriage in shambles and another being cheated on after the wedding ceremony... it was not all peaceful in Once Again, lol. But i would prefer to have a weekender again without one family being rich af, true. More relatable this way.
