Jiag Jies wife words are gold. "I am a air in this house that nobody can live without but no one can see me".…
I love how calm she is when hitting him with so many truthful sentences. I was cheering for her ALL the time she was spewing those words so calmly. In her situation, I wouldn't have been able to be that calm ha ha ha ha...

I dropped Road Home, too, due to the slow pace (and kinda predictable already with the two couples there). I got stuck with Romance of the Twin Flowers - got distracted by Nothing But You (but maybe I'll pick it up again). Now counting down for today's ep of Nothing But You. I'll have to catch up later, though, because we're leaving on a winter hol on Friday, but that means when we get back home, I'll have tons of episodes to watch HAHAHAHAHAH...
Yep, I'll definitely keep coming back to this chatroom ha ha ha...feels like a safe place here.
I watched Dreaming back to Qing Dynasty, then a meteor shower scene popped up reminding me of TSL. Then off I…
I first saw Landy Li in that drama, but I haven't finished it, either, but maybe I'll also continue with that one 'coz I also like Wang Anyu (I stopped when the amnesia started happening in that drama).

Yeah, the only reasons I'd try watching other upcoming dramas are because I like the leads (or one of them), but if the plot and writing are a mess, then unfortunately drop/skip a lot/ffwd again. Yeah, I find myself visiting this chatroom more than others. I've written quite some comments in Nothing But You page, too, but I feel there are far more friendly usernames here ha ha ha ha...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHH...I get the irony of your feelings he he he...but I think I'll set my bars low for the upcoming dramas (esp. xianxias) because I want to be nicely surprised.

Oh, I didn't realize Remembrance of Things Past only has 12 ep. Yeah, I love many lines in Nothing But You. I haven't seen Nothing But Thirty, either ha ha ha ha...we shall see when I have the time/mood later. Soon there will be more dramas airing...arrrgghhhh!

I've seen her in Begin Again (didn't finish it) and her role is different here. The chemistry between the two leads in Nothing But You is top notch and the side characters (that I initially felt kinda ugh) got more layers in the future episodes. The main team starts to feel like a lovely family in the future episodes. I haven't seen Remembrance of Things Past yet.
My POV: FL is surrounded by marriages that have been broken/are cracking and the after effects of those broken relationships. Her parents got divorced, her mom stays single and vows that single life is better than risking getting into another relationship (it is true that when single, you can do whateverrrr you want). Her dad got remarried, but his new family isn't happy, either (and dad kept on asking her to send money). Her BFF got a divorce and had trouble balancing career/taking care of her child (to the point that she was considering sending her to a boarding school at such a young age). Also, BFF's ex husband tried to sue her into taking custody of their child (causing another headache for her BFF). Her own boss is having an affair and his wife doesn't seem to be happy, either. Her own experiences with men weren't exactly flying colours, either. She was expelled (causing her to have to ask her dad for money to study abroad, which made the new wife hates her) and then yucky Nate came along.
For me personally, for a logical woman like LYA, it's not just the mother's influence that is influencing her into becoming what she's like, but also all these things combined. I'm NOT defending her, though. She totally messed up for sure (but that was also the title of that episode: I screwed up.).
Here's to reaching 20K today! :-D :-D :-D
