I was looking for some confirmation bias and your comment did the trick! I thought they did an amazing job and I was yelling the whole way through. I do wish there was more time on certain couples this episode, but the book is about Kinn/Porsche after all. People are for sure upset in the comments above, glad to see some positivity!

I'm currently killing time before today's episode and boy did I find a gem to watch. For anyone that doesn't watch Vietnamese BL because drama list doesn't list it, you're missing out! I'm watching "The Promise" on YouTube and I just about woke the neighborhood with this show XD. Random rec, but ever since "Goodbye Mother" Vietnam has my heart.

Maybe they were just trolling, as there was a "pool" scene in 8. Just not the one we're all waiting for.

I'm a 100% sold on this show and thankfully I didn't consider the "there is a girl in this show!" as a factor. Legit, she does not ruin the BL aspect of this show at all. Someone said something about this as a "bromance" and by the end you'll understand why they're clearly not watching this show or possibly even a trailer?

If you've been waiting on this because it has a female character and it's a body swap, I would watch it ASAP. She's shown like a handful of times and every time it's more comedic, not at all romantic and really I think it's just to remind us he swapped a body. Otherwise you're getting almost exclusively EarthxMix time the whole show.

Nice! Thank you. Nobody can stop me with cutie pie. I knew what to expect and boy did they deliver. I think many of these you have to go into it with the right mindset. Quite a few on here I didn't watch though, going to check them out.

So I am also becoming one of those "Loves things everyone hates." Do you have any recs on some you think many people miss out on due to a lower score on here? or a hidden trash gem?

I know many will come for me, but the absolute best thing you can do as a fan of this show is to buy a legit copy of the translation of the book and pay for iQiyi to watch this every week. I've seen a ton of people ask for the links to watch it illegally, but just know there is a legit place to watch it. I also watch Dear Doctor on there, plus I think Blueming is there. Which if you haven't watched, is also a must.

I'm honestly shocked at the rating. Which is kind of a common theme these days with the ratings on here. But people seem to be rattled on a deep and personal level about this show.

I'm already enjoying this show for sure, but like...My mind is running wild with ways I could stop someone from doing something! LOL. My very first thought was "Just bust his driving knee out and head on out." or "Destroy his vehicle and head on out." I'm only a few minutes into EP 2, so there could be more to this. XD

I am planning to use the summer to really hit my watchlist hard and catch up on shows I skipped because of the rating. After years on this site, I'm starting to think I missed more than a few gems because of harsh ratings.
