I don't know exact details but she had an argument against The Untamed fans back than, it do not end very well for her. Some morbid fans black campaign her and made some nasty rumor about her. Her popularity tanked, she nearly cancelled.

She mostly play villain or support. I think her best role is in The Untamed and Sword Snow Stride. But she is just supporting role there.

So technically this drama is her first time as FL in A/S tier drama. Royal Rumours is mediocre short drama but she FL there.

I hope it is remains good until the end because so many dramas I watched recently started good than got awful on second and third act.

Western historical/ fantasy drama very rare ever have proper end. Mostly axed after season 2 or season 1. Struggling to create a good writing is not only happening in Cdrama but everywhere.
