I'm enjoying this 😊 nice to see something different, and seeing as we've only seen one pov and we're only halfway through then I'm reserving judgement about whether the cause for separation was overly unreasonable. Though I find most separations in dramas to have pretty weak reasoning tbh, it does bring to mind that sometimes life be like that. It's not that hard to ghost someone, esp if there were strong uncomfortable feelings involved. Honestly, good on dohoe for cutting out his abusive toxic dad, not enough ppl do that IRL.

it is a bit of a tired story to have it be in uni engineering, but I like all the actors so I'll probably enjoy watching them mess around for 24 EPs. The 1/week for 24 is just taking me back to ye olde sitcoms, where it was standard.

Watched EPs 1+2 but didn't feel it at all. Thought to wait till a few more EPs came out and track scores, in case I had just not been in the right mood, but 8.0 seems high this many EPs in ..?

I think I watched season 1, but I really have no memory of it, so to me it's like a whole new show.
It sounds like the original was worse, so maybe it would be better to say that there's still lots of room for improvement then.
I don't hate it (or I wouldn't watch it at all), but it's lost its initial shine 😊

this is a weird show. The countless couples where there's basically no progress for several episodes and they're just spinning their wheels, is not satisfying to watch. I think the tension and chemistry which was initially enjoyable has become stagnant. Im not sold on the character motivations as they're presented to us. Partly it's the acting, but mostly it's the writing. I don't really blame the actors, they're young and inexperienced and it's hard enough to sell poor writing when you're a veteran actor.I did enjoy a few scenes and interactions in this last EP as well, but I don't know if I'll make it all the way through 15eps when there's so much filler.

Them speaking to each other in diff languages isn't that weird, I do that with my parents and with some friends, but everyone they interact with coincidentally understanding Thai was stretching it a tad. But I think I can get used to that. The production quality and camerawork was actually more jarring to me, and maybe harder to ignore.I'll probably try the next set of episodes though, it's a short series which is probably for the best.

not only who the heck is fi, but who's Pete and Rarn? There are so many new characters and new ships introduced every episode i'm totally lost. The only characters I recognise now is the main two guys, the main three girls and Ohm. Even Earn I don't always recognise straight away 😅...

I enjoyed this one as well. It had some weird beats but I think it was probably intentional, and it kept it from being totally bland

really enjoying this show, the actors are doing such a good job and they're so likeable. I haven't read the novel, but watching them is making me try to find it to read.

I thought both the ML and FL were really cute, didn't find her annoying at all. I thought she was really watchable.
I do agree the plot with the book could easily have been dropped, it made no sense and was a ridiculous contrivance to drive a wedge, and all the crazy ppl around the CP taking it seriously and meddling was baffling. Even so, it was a sweet series and I can ignore the ridiculous. I might even watch it again

100% me. I've used a whole can of insect killer on a giant spider before, freaking out the whole time. And then walked away, because I ain't touching it even if it's dead

same, I like visiting other ppl's houses when they look like God's though, so much to look at. But when I lived in houses with that much clutter it always stressed me out

worth pointing out that in the show the brother is seen taking them away from him each time and lecturing him about the dangers of smoking though. That may be better than pretending they don't exist and that no one smokes.
I agree though, that I wish the casual use of smoking was cut out of all media, including western. It's in a lot of European media and it's pervasive IRL there too

yeah I had the same thought, re. reading the manga. I'll wait till I've finished watching it though.
I'm not a bird person either, so i don't feel bad about finding them mostly loud and annoying.
