this week's EP left me with a very different vibe than last week's. Last week Taishin gave me super creepy stalker vibes while in the tent, I know some ppl thought he was cute, but I got goosebumps and it had me saying "creeeeeepy..." out loud 😂
different story this week though, less of the creepy and more of the cute. Random aside, at one point he reminded me of a llama, but in a cute way, I think it was his hair cut and placid demeanor and expressions...🤔

anyways, enjoying this one, and I really hope it stays interesting

enjoying this waaaaaay more than their last project, glad they've got a better set of roles here. Peat especially is doing a good job I think, I love his knowing facial expressions, they're pretty on point.
the gl couple is pretty cute, and I'm glad they're getting decent screen time, but it seems kind of shallow at this stage.

still enjoying the show and one of the few I'm still excited to watch every week. I know Wandee gets a lot of hate for not caving, but it doesn't bother me. Dude was in a torturous one sided love with an asshole gaslighter for 8 years, so I'm not surprised he's not rushing to commit to another guy right away, no matter how sweet this guy is. Also, what's the rush? They've known each other less than 3-4 months right? 🤷🏽 not like they'll act any differently if he gives in and calls yak his bf, and who doesn't like being courted? Stretch that out I say 😂 enjoy it while it lasts!

Watched the cut version: that was pretty watchable considering the short running time. The actors both did a great job and I think the scenarios were pretty realistic.

Sometimes even if you love someone, you can be in a vulnerable state where someone else can shake you a little if they catch you at the right time. Doesnt mean it's a permanent impact, just enough to stress you out 😅
I didn't make much of the dream he had, I've had weird ass erotic dreams with ppl that would repulse me if they happened in real life. Sometimes your brain conjures up scenarios when you're stressed, no big deal.
I don't know if they'd last as a couple in the long run, but if the communication improves they'll have as much a chance as anyone.

yeah, totally agree. I don't get the drama either. It comes up whenever there's a remake, and sometimes the things ppl say smacks of racism tbh. And I don't mean just in this particular drama's comments section.Personally I though both the original manga and Jdrama were cute but not deep enough to get heated up about 😅This version is ok too 🤷🏽

pretty sure the thing with why he traveled to the other town hasn't been explaine yet, but he looked to be holding something in his hand at the train station so I'm just guessing he was asked to go pick something up at the family home.

is he indecisive? genuine question here, cos i thought he was introverted and hesitant to speak out in some situations, but i dont remem him being indecisive, but i may have missed or forgotten some of the scenes.
I feel like his decision to "method" his way through his role prob speaks more to him coming to a decision based on his own logic, ie, i have no experience to draw on, so i should go out and get some, etc. Prob not the choice i would have made (to say the least), but he was pretty desperate not to screw up his chance to succeed in the role 🤷🏽‍♀️

huh! i didnt find him annoying at all, i thought it was pretty relatable the way he struggled with his confidence. Maybe that means i'm annoying too 😂

Really enjoying this series, i like the main leads, they have interesting personalities and dynamics i thought. We're not really getting much of the second leads that make me interested in their story tbh, but that's ok cos it's a short series so i'm happy with the focus being on the mains.
The thing with the girl seemed pretty predictable at first, but towards the end of last eps it seemed to indicate a nice twist coming, lol.

i gave the wattpad one a brief overview in the first chapter and it actually reads fine to me, not jarring to read

i know what you mean, but guess the CG would be pretty expensive and not great anyways, and i wouldnt want the actor to lose an unhealthy amount of weight just to look emaciated. I guess they could have played with make-up to make them look a bit more sallow, but not sure they can do much re the body shape etc?

i think it's great too, it's a change from the characters i've seen him portray before.

maybe they're using Poom throughout to help the audience stay emotionally connected to Poom's character and not get too attached to Winner's character?
It's only the first eps, so it's hard to know yet what the reasoning is
