yeah, i found SCOY intially a struggle, but ultimately enjoyed it in the final half. I'm hoping that maybe this will also pay off

i dont think Rain planned for Air to hit Sunshine, so i dont think that's on Rain. Break-ups can get pretty nasty if it's with ppl with tempers, but yes, prob best not to take someone who's gonna get into a brawl either 😂

Now that i've seen eps 2, i'm not sure i find any of the characters very likeable, which is fine! i dont have to like everyone.

maybe wait until the end, or there's a couple more eps out before giving it a binge-shot? It might be one of those shows that suffer when you have to wait a week to the next eps 🤷🏽‍♀️
It's not the worst show i've watched, but it's pretty cringy, and ppl's expectations were prob too high going in, so maybe it's getting extra backlash bc of that?

Only watched ep1 so far, but it's got an interesting vibe, def feels like a play when it's sunshine and kyu together at his apartment. The way they talk, move and interact is quite theatrical! It's not bad at all. It's a more uncomfortable watch when you see sunshine with some of the other characters who are acting more like what you would expect in a typical drama.
Re the breakup, i dont blame Rain for dumping Sunshine, he's portrayed as being pretty immature and with apparent fits of anger. They're clearly jst not compatible. And hearing that he has fits of anger means it was a wise decision for Rain to take someone along to the break-up. Safety first!

This was good! Solid first episode. I hdnt seen the trailer so the fantasy elements suprised me. Love the brother's dynamics and everyone is gorgeous.
i'm glad the starting hostage situation turned out to be training, cos the fighting choreography there wasnt great, i hope it improves

it's def not sonething you watch for the acting, cinematography, writing or anything else you would normally look for in a quality show. But it can still be enjoyable!

While i did enjoy the first episode, i did like this episode more. They're getting into the mystery of Nan more, and into the various relationships, and we finally met Prom properly.
I liked how the boys have clear personality differences, with Zouey jst seeming genuinely sweet and is prob my favourite for now. I'm really hoping that Teena's voiceover can be trusted and he is becoming attached to him??

yeah, I'm a bit lost at where the mum's coming from requesting the coach be tougher on him. Honestly that was the opposite of what I was expecting her to say! I really feel for her boys, she's so oppressive

binged the 3 eps, and it was a good watch, it kept me entertained. I even didnt mind Zee, it's pretty clear he's not a happy camper and his mum's pushed him from a young age to do something he doesnt like (volleyball).
I do like the chemistry between Sprite and First, and a bunch of the side-characters are also pretty cute, though there's too many of them to keep track.
The poop joke is...what it is. But that shows up a lot in dramas; korean, thai, european, US, etc...so it's clearly a popular go-to globally. 😅

Some good advice from Uea to Mai towards the end, and jade's reaction to Mai's barfing was too real. I did laugh there 🤣

Just echoing other comments when i say the alpha thing really surprised me. It was the only reason i jumped in to watch today, just to check out what they did. I've read a bunch of ABO stories in my time, and it's often pretty toxic af and not to my taste, but so far it looks totally fine in this series. It just seems to add a faint touch of fantasy and some intrigue.
I'm curious to see what the ABO rules are in this world, and whether Charlie is actually an Alpha. I'm not sure they even referenced Omegas or Betas, unless i missed it?
Anyhoo, enjoyed it more than i thought i would, i liked Pavel's acting, he felt pretty natural and i liked his character.
