yup, def flows better in the new edit with them having the convo before they go up the stairs first! i didnt mind the flashbacks or bgm before, but the love scene feels more intense now that we're hearing so much.

This is so much better than i expected. I really liked the MC, Joe (#1), the actor Poom is so good at emoting with his eyes and i cnt imagine anyone would prefer Tong to him 😅 he's just such a sweet character
The first eps felt well-paced to me, i wasnt bored at all and i didnt feel that it was too long. So far so good. I can only imagine the current rating will change, bc no way this is 6.8 based on just this one eps.

yeah, i was surp'd at the wall of negativity, it felt odd. It's not a perfect drama, but I jst felt there was such warmth and caring between the characters, and imho the actors and writers did a great job in making it not feel problematic.
Of course, everyone views things from their own lived experience and it's not my place to judge someone else's feelings on a show.

yeah, i agree the editing choice when they started eps 11 was confusing, with it starting with them kissing and the switching to just before that at the bottom of the stairs. It was just odd cos.
They could have still kept the flashbacks, those were a lovely recap of how he got there, but yeah, the ordering through me off.
Still loved the whole thing scene, it was nicely shot and i was just so happy for yuan 😭

I'm liking this series so far, i think someone below got it right to describe it as atmospheric. The actors are doing a good job, and yoondae wearing a school uniform made it easier to tell when they were in the past. it's short, but I do feel like I know a lot about the characters and their past circumstances, but I'm looking forward to the next episodes where I hope we see a bit more about their present selves and how they'll change.

Nothing is probably happening right now apart from establishing the characters and their motivations, but that's ok for now.
They seem smitten with each other pretty quickly though, so i hope it can maintain a good pace for the next 10 eps

ok, that make sense! If the ML actor is a favorite then it makes sense that the home audience would be in tune with his charms, while everyone else needs to adjust their expectactions.
Hard ask to expect another Park Seo Joon, that's a tall order whatever nationallity, since the guy is out of this world hot

This was pretty fun so far, i was a little bit wary going in, but the two MLs are actually pretty cute to watch. Maybe a teeny-tiny bit stiff but nothing too noticeable so that it's hard to watch.
I like their dynamic and the "city kid moves to the country" trope is one i enjoy. And some of the jokes were actually funny!

I've never felt the WinnySatang chemistry, they left me cold in MSP, and not giving me anything here either (yet). Happy to see how all the couples develop though, so far i'm still enjoying the show as a whole 😊
