So far, so average. Nothing that knocked me off my feet, yet.I felt no chemistry amongst the main cast so far,…
Absolutely agree, but we can't stop ranking inflation from the WYB super fans. Can someone tell me when Chen Ruo Xuan will finally get a main role in a historical drama? Absolutely love him as an actor and I feel he really should not be part of the B tier category at this point.
I know there are superfans and stuff but... I just... don't feel it for this series.
Not bad at all so far (except for maybe some CGI), but nothing stands out either. It's like the most average of average Wuxia drama around.
Don't hate it though, will keep watching for Chen Ruo Xuan and it's still entertaining, but I don't think it will be one of those dramas I crave for more after finishing.
WHY DO CHINESE SUSPENSE/PSYCHOLOGICALS KEEP DOING THIS TO ME??? They dropped a massive plot twist and once again gave it a very unsatisfying ending. All of a sudden I'm left with more questions than before. At least the acting was pretty good.
Wait he has a scandal? Probably just another situation where people forget actors are real humans and have lives…
Cheating scandals leave the least impact even if it is real. As long as the person knows what they did was wrong. People will forget about it once some bigger celeb gets a scandal. Jealous people need to vent their anger somewhere, and it's usually on celebrities just trying to live their lives.
Can someone tell me if there's annoying misunderstandings in this? I want to give it a try for Leo Luo but I avoid romance focused dramas at all cost usually because there's just so many push and pull situations that leave a bad after taste wafter watching the scene.
They aren't playing LoL for the drama but another MOBA because of copyright problems they are dealing with on…
Thanks for the info! I was just a bit worried that this drama would suffer the very minor (to the point of it only being a pet peave) but common issue of wrong keyboard smashing like what Love O2O and The King's Avatar suffered with keyboard close ups. Knowing that Cheng Xiao even just dabbles a bit put my doubts at ease.
The dude just keeps working and working. As excited as I am he's gonna be releasing dramas, hopefully he remembers to take care of himself and give himself a break from time to time.
Oh god. My MOBA game addiction + my drama watching addiction combining into one.
I'm both excited, but don't want to set expectations too high since I'm a big fan of the game and hope they can get everything right (especially if the game they play is actually league of legends). Hope they pay attention to detail, especially with keyboard close ups, cause I'm afraid the actors smash the wrong keys (wasd instead of qwer) so on and so on...
Awkward, weird, cringey, a lot of second hand embarrassement , but some charming moments scattered in. I really don't believe anyone would genuinely enjoy this, but liking this as a guilty pleasure is understandable. This is one of those "so bad it's so good" series. If you just wanna laugh and cringe at something to pass the time, take a peak at this, but do not make this a priority watch.
It's.... confusing. For sure a comedy, a bit awkward and I personally got second-hand embarrassment quite a lot. I finished it, but it was not up my alley. I do see people enjoying this though, but more as a guilty pleasure instead of "wow, this is a good drama".

This series sure is twisted though. It's like 3-nen but every character is creepy or "broken".
Does anyone know where to find all episodes (currently released) subbed? My japanese is pretty bad but I watched it all RAW anyways.
