Sure, watch these & let me know how you found them! That way I'll recommend you more stuff that are to your liking :) I'm glad you're starting with Neechan! That was a PERFECT 10/10 drama for me. Also I fell in love with Hayashi Kento thanks to Neechan. He was like a teddy bear, adorable and sensitive <3
I LOVED THE FIRST EPISODE SO MUCH KYAAAAAAAAAA They are so freaking cute together! *my heart* This is just the fluff I needed. Show, bring on all the feels I'm prepared <3
This is the first Japanese black & white film I watched and I was surprised by how sexy it was. I enjoyed every minute of it. It was a beautiful film showcasing passion, jealousy and freedom that young people of that era were craving for. The ending was both shocking and fantastic! To think that the very same plot is as relevant today makes you realise that humans have not changed much. Highly recommended!
He was FANTASTIC in Juhan Shuttai. And I just realised Eita & him are freaking brothers?! That's too much of talent and good looks in the family. HOLYYYYYYY
E5 was HANDS DOWN the best so far, especially on the writing front. There was a lot of retrospection that happened,…
I don't know what implications it will have on Kurumi/Hibiki's relationship, but both of them seem to have changed. Kurumi's walk, and the way she offered herself to the doc. I'm sure the side effects of the research being done on her will cause psychogical changes in her as well. Hibiki killing the abusive guy ruthlessly & admitting that he's not even sure of the difference between right/wrong. By the time they meet, I wonder if their relationship will still be the same. I hope the show will explore this angle.

Oh wow same! I switched majorly to J dramas last year too though I was watching some of them on & off over the years. Like when it comes to J dramas I will click & give almost every kind of genre/story a try but for K drams I am extremely selective & will take my time to choose if I want to give it a try or not.
I am kinda happy that this drama doesn't have the usual toxic fan following !!! It feels like a hidden community…
Welcome to the J drama fandom LOL. It's like that on pretty every J drama page. Everyone lets everyone express their opinion. If someone doesn't like the drama, it's ok we move on. No need to defend or force anyone to like it. I'm not saying all K drama fans are like that, but I see majority of fights happening in the K drama fandom.
E5 was HANDS DOWN the best so far, especially on the writing front. There was a lot of retrospection that happened, and you can see the shift happening with the various characters (the little girl, Hibiki, Kurumi, Korean guy, sister). They're no longer talking morals. They're talking survival. I can see this becoming intense in the 2nd half. BRING IT ON!!! I've said it before but I can't help it. The cinematography and OST is fantastic, it just elevates the show to another level.
Kurumi and Hibiki better meet up for real next episode or I'm gonna be so mad! Min-jun's noona and the Dr/Prof.…
I'm pretty sure that Kurumi & Hibiki won't meet until the last few episodes of the season. Doc brainwashing Kurumi confirmed that, he needs her to be devoid of emotions so that she can focus on the research. So I'm pretty sure he won't let Kurumi/Hibiki meet anytime soon.

At the moment, Todoroki is just selfish & mean. But it's the doc and sister who are really scary. I'm pretty sure, though, that Todoroki would soon cross the line & join forces with evil.
When the siblings started speaking Korean I was like WAIT DID I ACCIDENTALLY CLICK ON ANOTHER DRAMA?! XDD I just looked them up and the guy is Korean. The sister has a Korean heritage. Cool.
