i dont get the big deal with the age difference but in the 2nd episode they said her character is 28. the guy playing Kwon Yool is only 43. that's only a few years off the age difference b/w my husband and i (he's 12 years older than me) and we're celebrating out 10th anniversary soon.

nah, i dont think that'll be a problem. Asian people look about the same from the 40-60!

i think the writers needs to reign in Ma Te before he looses all audience support. that boy is just eat up with the douche. usually when a male lead is this douchey there is some sort of emotional trauma that evens it out. in YB for exmaple TaeKyung's childhood would have messed anyone up. he's putting up a wall and protecting himself, so we forgive him. Ma Te's hardship/douche levels just dont even out.

one less adult actor to pay.

it's hard for me to sort out how much of it was my annoyance with his character and how much of it was my annoyance with the drama in general.

watch until ep. 8 or 9 then stop and take it upon yourself to imagine the best possible way forward and enjoy that in your mind. after 8/9 it's all down hill. a very boring repetative hill that makes you want to listen to "almost paradise" just to have something different going on.

Ji Sung is an odd one for me. i like him in protect the boss. he's an attractive enough guy, but for some reason i just can never bringmy self to watch any of his other stuff. i might watch secret but i havent 100% decided yet.

i think you dont like him b/c he looks like and uppity douche. that's why i dont like him any way. maybe he's just playing his role really well but i've seen him else where too and he's just got that vibe.

did you enjoy bbf, you're beautiful or other dramas like them? if not, you probably not going to like this. it's pretty much just fluff and the stuff that's awesome isnt what the drama is about so you dont get enough of it.

bethoveen virus is one drama JGS did that is out of his comfort zone.

as awful as her character is you gotta give the actress who plays Rachel props. she plays the role so well. also she's an ugly crier. kdrama is all about the cry pretty so it was surprising.

i think he has the potential to be one of the best actors of his age group.

he is really awesome in 2 weeks.

i think no one's talking about it b/c in asia it is totally normal for male frieds to be physically affectionate with each other, like holding hands, sitting on each other laps, ect without it being romantic.
