I kept waiting for them to finally discover that she is their daughter but it’s so late in the series, at ep 35-36. Can’t say that I got bored or anything as I like to see the couple’s chemistry but I really hate the mother /daughter duo. I want them to catch her already!
This series is not as bad as people make it to be. It’s a solid 7 as things do happen but you have to skip all the borinh scenes.
Too many filler episodes and a lack of a proper plot can make it look repetitive but it’s quite an exaggeration to say that it’s not watchable. They took 5 ideas and made a 52 eps drama out of it.
I do admit that I skipped a lot in the middle and would’ve probably skipped it altogether if not for Deng Lu. I also got interested in what will happen to Miao Lan.
I really hope he will choose better projects in the future as his last ones weren’t the best and it’s too bad as he’s a really good actor.
I really wanted to watch this series for Vin Zhang as he looks really good in the promotional posters, but gave up after I saw some spoiler videos. Quite disappointing how his whole story is messed up..not gonna waste my time..especially when I’m not a fan of Dilraba’s acting.
It was a cute series, but I don’t get it why she got back to Xia Bai’s house after she got upset the last time with QY. It’s like every time she gets upset with one, she goes for the other.
Even before her conversation with Gu Wan she kinda knew who she’s getting involved with. You know he’s a devil, he rules over a damn evil sect!
Like he was flirting with her and doing all her whims all to keep her by his side but as manipulative as he was, it was definitive that he would save her life again and again.
I got frustrated and felt it was awkward to be “Xiao Bai’s wife” after all that kissing and hugging with Qiu Yue.
I also feel like all the “right track” guys are hypocrites ..only the ending result matters..I understood where QY was coming from. He didn’t directly made people do their evil deeds, it was in their nature..yet they never assumed it, always blamed others.
Another cute series which I watched mainly for the male eye candy, there’s some for everyone. Can’t say that the couples left a deep impression on me and I got bored quite fast of its storyline..
Cute-ish series but easily forgettable. Not much happens and quite predictable. Wish I knew these things before I started as it’s better to skip this one.
It started slow and I had no expectations whatsoever but as I keep watching episode by episode it becomes more funny. It’s good that I gave it another chance because now I quite like this version!
lol, no wonder his face looked familiar, he’s one of the guys who left EXO. I remember reading about him at that time.
Anyway, if he plans to concentrate on acting, he should practise more, it looks a bit all over the place and exaggerated from the trailer, a bit lacking..but I’ve seen worse. Good luck to him I guess..
Or maybe is this particular series..Hot Blooded Youth seems interesting...
I was going to watch this (I've recently started liking Xu Kai after The Legends) but I watched the animation…
Trust me that it was bad. I’ve seen the series only for Xu Kai and was not worth it. Arsenal Military Academy is another series in which he plays with Bai Lu (same as The Legends) and would recommend, but is not wuxia.
He always saw her as his best friend, while she loved him. He loved the other woman who had a sad ending. All…
QMT is the daughter of Nian Qing, instructor Guo’s love interest. She was raped by various men and fainted so she could not remember it. A common friend of theirs found out what happened and assumed the responsibily by marrying her, although he hadn’t done it. She dies and her sister raised QMT as her own daughter.
I'm still confused about the relationship between instructor Guo and the bar owner. Can someone explain?
He always saw her as his best friend, while she loved him. He loved the other woman who had a sad ending. All three spent a lot of time together. Then he had to go away and when he came back found out what happened to the love of his life.
They both vowed to get revenge against the men who were responsible of it and at the start of the series find the last man. My guess is that because he knows that she cares for him, he stays away/ refuses her help when she offers to take care of him.
Near the end he offers to marry her and take her away when she starts fighting the Japanese and her life is in danger. I’m still not sure if at this point he loves her or just feels that he owes her for all the years she was by his side. What’s certain is that even if initially she gave up on him, she cannot stay away for too long.
They eventually marry but I guess it was not meant to be as the writer fxcked up this series in the last episodes.
A lot of series have arrogant but caring, good-looking male leads. Chinese series : Ashes of love, Legend of Fu Yao, Novolan the castle in the sky, The Legends (not arrogant but same couple),Well Intended love, Eternal love (both series), Wei Young. From other countries - bulling eachother but still caring Cunning Single Lady;Devil Beside You, Why why love, Padiwaradda, etc.

Such a good series that went downhill.
