Rewatched this drama and I'm quite disappointed this time around..Maybe I didn't pay enough attention the first time as now I I found the whole situation plain annoying.
Also I liked her relationship with Amida and thought they were a good match until the point in which we find out that he actually had a girlfriend the whole time. From that point on I couldn't see him in the same light again. It's like he didn't take his relationship seriously if he spent all that time helping Asuka and then to come and say he broke up with his girlfriend at the end..just awful. They should've left at the point where she confesses and that's it. They remain good friends, life moves on, she finds a new interest or something. His confession ruined everything.
Finished rewatching this drama after more than 10 years..I hate Hiroko's immaturity and her choice of actions so so much. It's interesting how a series which I enjoyed many years ago can give me such strong emotions today..
As a fan of the manhwa, I’m really really disappointed. At least the Korean one was cuteish and visually pleasing, with this one I can find no good points.

While I agree that it’s not worth it, there are a lot of Deng Lu fans which were trying to find it, now that he is popular. Too bad that he’s only supporting cast. The series was mediocre at best.
I actually had high expectations with this one as Hanadan was my obsession when I was an otaku. Yet it’s not even half as good as the original. As a spin-off I guess it’s decent, but I wouldn’t recommend it to fans..
I’m almost done with it but there’s two things annoying me..one is the shameless placement of products-constantly using the drinks and cleaning product everywhere and then the twins..they’re filler people..with 3 episodes to go, I don’t get it why they added them in the first place as this series is definitely about the other guys.

If not you can just wait for it to get fully translated. The story is more cruel though. Prepare from some proper torture and the ML in that one is different from the one in the series. But I swear the book is x10 better than the series.

The book is not completely translated and with the fact that it plagiarised so many other novels and taken off the shelves, who knows when it will be completely translated. You can find spoilers online after you finish the translated chapters.
Oh man that's disappointing. I just started reading the novel and have been really digging it so far, what a bummer.
I think the main problem with the book and the series are the changes of plot. The book is much much better so I just took them both as two different stories to enjoy separately.
