Ep 9: Literally scenes ago Young Jae tells Ji Eun to have dinner together after she meets Min Hyuk basically telling her to wait for him.
Young Jae of course spends another evening at the bar with Hye Won then spends the night by her side(not sleeping together). He makes Ji Eun wait overnight without even calling her he's "busy". Then he comes back home in the morning. They argue again and he tells her he didn't ask her to wait for him! Yes you did ask her to wait for you because you wanted to have dinner with each other yesterday.
Just thinking the same. I'm only on episode 3 but why on earth did she not call the police??
I went back and in episode 1 she did go to the police station to report her house and belongings were stolen. But as she waited she saw a mother and children there where she started to "pity" her friend who is pregnant. If she reports her friends one who is pregnant then that baby is gonna suffer.
Such a dumb idea by the writers to make her friend pregnant so she can't throw her in jail because she has to pity her for her unborn baby.
The way they have handled the 2 clown friends is embarrassing. They're still labeled as Ji Eun's friends, she can't let go of them, and they're just awful jerks sneaking into the house treating it like it's theirs. It makes the FL Ji Eun a stupid character.
You could argue they're her friends for so long and are the closest thing to her since she lost her family. So it's not easy for her to dump them. But they've constantly have done the same thing over and over now. They should have had Young Jae be a good husband/person for her in throwing them out or threatening them to stay away from Ji Eun. Show to her that her friends are not friends. They are piece of trash beggars. Most importantly do not give them any money!

Ep 8: I'm really holding it in to continue watching this even though there are terrible stuff I hate. Young Jae is a wealthy celebrity yet he doesn't bother to invest in a washing machine and a dryer. Also how about investing in a mop too.
Ok so the really bad things that have me on the edge of almost dropping this drama are the awful writing of the so called friends of Ji Eun, constant arguing between ml and fl that sometimes leads to her leaving the house, and how frequently the ML goes out to a bar/dinner with the SFL.
I am gonna try to watch to the end because of the chemistry of the 2 leads.
Ugh, don't tell me that since the FL's so called "friend" is pregnant she and the other backstabbing friend don't get punished because they have a child coming. This not even funny for what they did to the FL.
They sent her away to a different country and almost trapped her there because she had no money, sold her house without her permission, stole all of her money in her account, and put more debt on her. The drama better be worth watching through to see her get Payback on them.
I wished there was more Hei Long appearances throughout the drama. I was not persuaded by trying to make it a thing that some other women "fell in love" with Wu Geng. It was unnecessary for me. I did not like the CGI during the fight scenes at all
While Dong Wook is stuck there, Myung Hun takes Ji Hyun away. They ride in the car while Ji Hyun tries to fight back to escape from him. She does not want to be with Myung Hun no matter what. Their car crashes and she is unconscious. He takes them to a hotel I think. He then forces himself onto her. Myung Hun wakes up and finds Ji Hyun in the bathtub in a pool of water mixed with her blood. She attempted suicide after Myung Hun raped her.
She doesn't die and recovers. She stays with the father of the church after. Dong Wook is eventually released but is then sent to the Army by Shin Tae Hwan. Dong Wook's mother visits Ji Hyun at the church. She tells him she and her son are not destined to be with each other and for her to move on. She wants Ji Hyun to move on by marrying Myung Hun! The mother does not show any pity for her after what happened. Also after Myung Hun raped Ji Hyun, Ji Hyun found out she was pregnant with his child. Then she eventually gives in to marry Myung Hun because she has his child and to make Dong Wook forget her.
I tried couple episodes after but eventually dropped it because it is sick to my stomach that they had her marry the guy who raped her.
Kim Ji Hyun was childhood friends with the Lee brothers Dong Chul and Dong Wook in the village. But the Lee family lived in poverty and eventually moved away from the amount of evil tactics the villain did to their family. Somehow years later Ji Hyun found the Lee family and began becoming close to Dong Wook. They eventually became a secret couple.
The villains son Myung Hun, also loved Ji Hyun. He arrived in a helicopter during a cermeony for Dong Wook. Myung Hun grabbed Ji Hyun by forced and took her away onto the helicopter. Dong Wook's mother saw this and the Myung Hun said stuff like he won't let Dong Wook have her/he will marry Ji Hyun. So the Dong Wook's mother started to hate Ji Hyun because she is "involved" with the son of the man she hates. She wants no association with anyone involved with that family.
Ji Hyun still tries to be with Dong Wook secretly and trying to get his mother to accept her. Myung Hun still is aggressive fighting for Ji Hyun. Then Dong Wook became apart of this movement eventually the leader. They were protecting the homes of his family and others from being demolished by of course Myung Hun. Myung Hun orders people to take Ji Hyun away into the National Intelligence Agency where he then gets Dong Wook to be captured there in place of her. In a interrogation room Dong Wook gets tortured.
They went with a Open Happyish ending. I think with the hint of him smiling seeing who he saw in the house meant he finally found Bai Cai. I disliked having her die at her wedding after all the happy vibes were happening.
I was hoping they end it with the 2 married and live off in the same house in the woods or some other house in the country peacefully.
I'd rather they just show her in the house to confirm it.
Finished it and I can still say my favorite part of the drama was when Gou and Bai Cai were stuck in the mine. I loved the character development during this time for the ML and FL
Looking at those guest cameos from the actors and did they have them appear on purpose hinting at a Young Blood reference? Because Zhang Xin Cheng starred in Young Blood with them.
Ep 1: The url Kame uses "RealFace .com." I wonder if that's a reference to the song "Real Face" a song by KAT-TUN which Kame is apart of. Or just a funny coincidence I thought of.
Ep 29: Such a cool breathtaking scene of the heroes uniting standing together face to face with the immortals ready to battle them. Kind of like seeing the Avengers assemble.
Ep 7: Even though Ji Hyun is innocent not wanting to be in a relationship with Myung Hun, I think she is someone…
Ep 13: Their mother's disgraceful words to Ji Hyun basically made her decide to give in and marry the guy who forced himself onto her. Disgusting. That guy forced himself onto her, got her pregnant, forced her to attempt s**cide, and in the end he gets what he wanted because she has his child inside her. Also it's disgusting how these men Myung Hun and now Dong Wook treat Ji Hyun as "my woman" aka an object. But no freaking way should her grandfather ever accept her marrying the guy who harmed her.
I think killing off the character of Ji Hyun would be better than her giving in marrying the abuser. She would die and the 2 guys eventually move on instead of only Dong Wook has to move on from her. The destiny talk is bs. Their mother only hated her because Myung Hun was attached to her. How does their mother not see the situation Ji Hyun was being forced by Myung Hun.
Ep 12: I'm drama land, when you don't kill someone but want to hurt them, stab them at their leg/knee.
