I dropped it because it felt slow and I was bored. I only watched it because I was a fan of Akaso Eiji but not even he could make me care about the film.
I don't know why but I felt that first episode was not at my expectations. I think I got too excited of the name of the drama, the cast, and the ending song that I forgot about reading the plot. I had this weird feeling it was gonna be about the mom trying to get her daughter a boyfriend but it turns out they like the same guy. I might keep watching due to Kanno is a favorite of mine. I hope she ends up with her childhood friend Gon.
I felt bad for Takei-san. The episode where Emi runs to go check on her ex-love Yu who just found out he can't marry hikari then is drunk and down. Takei was a normal guy asked Emi out and started dating while Yu was at the time about to get married but Emi hurts his feelings all this time while still caring for Yu.
I think Kenta could have been well suited for Saki if they put more effort into his character. Towards the end he did like her but they didn't end up together. They could have done more with this instead of the affair-ish she had with Takumi.
Now Mako started off slow with the office love and all but as she left her job as an office lady and worked in the restaurant, I liked the character more. She started to find herself more. I also thought that Mako and the chef Shinji were the best couple in the show even though they weren't really a couple at all. And that he only appeared in like the last 4 episodes.
What a beautiful story. It was different to how both main characters had a disability. It was quite interesting to see how the lives of a marriage of both blind partners go through. The story is the strong part of the special. Aya and Keisuke worked well as a couple.
Uchi no Musume wa, Kareshi ga Dekinai!! is easily the drama of the winter 2021 that I am excited for but also Ore no Ie no Hanashi looks interesting with Nagase back as a lead role.
Just completed it and they make you want to watch until the end as they do end up together. Suzume and Ritsu. My 2nd asadora drama finished and now my favorite one. One of my favorite dramas ever too. I can gladly go back and rewatch episodes due to how fun they were and the length. I am now a fan of Nagano Mei. Takeru Satoh is one of my favorites. I love that the plot was focused on a multiple of occupations Suzume worked instead of just one. It helped keep interest in the drama.
Asking for spoilers: is there a love triangle? Who is it between? How many couples are there? Who are they? Does…
No love triange between the two leads. There are 3 couples. Lu ping and Qin Sang. Su tang and Mo Lin. Xi Fan and Zi Yan. Yeah it's a happy ending for the friendship between the 4. But Qin Sang doesn't make it to the end
Anyone know the name of a ost played in several parts throughout the drama. It has this heroic rhythm to it. It's played mostly when they fight a villain and finish them off
Thank you for this tribute article for Takeuchi Yuko. May she rest in peace. I just finished watching Lunch Queen and think everyone should watch it too. At a positive side watching her best works will keep the memory of her alive. She will not be forgotten for how much of an impact she has made.
Another Japanese star has left us this year. I don't want to see anymore people take their lives due to suicide. We need to take this issue more serious. May you rest in peace now Yuko-san.
