From what I read, the filming period for this is apparently going to be pretty short as well. Starting likely in January with an estimated 4 months of filming ending sometime in May to early June
For Choo Young Woo, don't know if he is still involved in this because he got this offer back in March and no confirmation since then. Maybe once he finishes Love Doctor or is finishing up the filming for that, he'll move onto this one
They are pretty much actors that are primarily in the background of a scene that usually don't speak and are mostly just used to create a realistic atmosphere for a setting
For example if there is a scene in a hospital with a story character walking through a hallway, you would typically see them passing a nurse or a doctor that just works there but doesn't provide any impact on the story because they are just used to fill up the atmosphere to make it as realistic as possible

Looks like it will simulcast on Netflix according to Studio S, the planning company
This follows what Netflix Korea announced earlier in the year in that they will collaborating with SBS among other broadcasting networks. Will have to see though if it'll be a regional simulcast on Netflix or a global one. I'd imagine they would be planning for a global release given the scope of the show's anticipation before it has even released
