Lee Jung Ha will not reprise his role of Kim Bong Seok in S2 because he has applied to the Marine Corps and recently received his notice of acceptance. He is scheduled to enlist in the Marine Corps Training Corps on January 26th of next year to fulfill his military duty. After his enlistment, filming for S2 will have begun a few months after in April 2026

Will be curious to see if his character is written out of the story or if another actor will take over the role of Kim Bong Seok because it looked like he was going to play a crucial role in S2 with his family that reunited, Jang Hui Su, and him finally coming into his powers. I'd assume they are re-casting

Bok Hui, who has lived a difficult life marred by abuse and has turned to crime, becomes a person of interest after becoming involved in Paeng I and Saengdak's drug business. In the original work, she is known as the protagonist who drives the narrative of Part 1 along with Top and Saengdak.

Production team is currently casting for the lead and supporting roles and is preparing for an OTT release. The exact broadcast date and platform are currently being discussed

I mean like i said, they focused more on the feud with Pyo Hyeon Jun and his dad than that. They would lightly show a company that they would help struggle's and then shift the majority of the focus for the rest of the episode to the feud

I enjoyed this, it was pretty fun! My only complaint is that i wish it covered a bit more of the hardship that was faced in the IMF crisis by the SMEs instead of just glossing over it because it feels like they shifted away from that kinda quick and just mostly focused on the team trying to overcome the never-ending sabotages from Pyo Hyeon Jun and his dad

Go Youn Jung - Soft confirmed that she will be returning to play Jang Hui Su as said by herself during an AMA on her fan cafe in December 2024/

Lee Jung Ha - In an interview from June 2025, "I asked writer Kang Full about Season 2, and I heard that the action scale will be bigger and more spectacular than Season 1.", and "He said he was still writing it but when I asked more about it, he said, 'Jung Ha, the action will be bigger, flashier, and cooler than Season 1.'. " Lee Jung Ha said, "I don't know yet if I'll be able to appear, but I'm looking forward to it."

Cha Tae Hyun - On KBS CoolFM's 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show in June 2025 he said: “As far as I know, we are preparing hard with the goal of starting filming early next year,” and added, “As you know, I am a lightning man, and back then, I only had a little bit of static electricity. I don’t know how much electricity (Kang) Pool-hyung will give me this time, but I hope he gives me a lot of electricity.”

Kim Do Hoon - Said in his private room in November 2025, “Gang Hun is not dead…” when asked if he would appear in Season 2.
