Just started it. Why do they blur the knife? Is this some special censorship thing? It's funny and weird watching that blurring filter over the knife's blade. And now an episode with swords, and no blurring filter, even though they also stabbed each other. What kind of censorship rule is that? 🤔
Thanks! It's common for viki to have some of the upcoming content buried and not even showing in the Coming Soon list. Sometimes they even pop-up in the Just Added list out of the blue. Viki isn't very organized in that aspect. 😉
Quite interesting drama that plays with time-travel paradoxes (e.g. two instances of the FL of two different times alive in the same time period and interacting with each other). That made the story intriguing. The main plot itself was the usual of this type of drama. It was also funny watching the ML talking with the FL about "their past" when it was actually the future. Most of the acting was just passable, but the story made the series binge watchable.
Very entertaining series. Despite its (very) sugarcoated easygoing story, it did its job well and was an easy bingewatch. It's a lighthearted romance where the ML and FL do a good job in chemistry and triangle-proof script. Anyway, if you are looking for an easy watch, this is for you.
This one is a happy ending, as happy as they can be.
Some were not that bad, and both ML and FL end well. It's also interesting that they transposed the same modern mindset of not marrying, just living together to the ancient times.
Not the best of the dramas with Bai Lu. It started well but ended up another typical romance/investigation story. The acting in general was very good and so the production. The soundtrack was great. Only the story could have been better.
The story started well but got a bit confusing by the final episodes. The Tent organization seemed to have a similar "personality" disorder, like the ML did. Neverthless, it's an interesting watch to enjoy the Japanese storytelling style.
Entertaining series, good for bingewatching. The story is interesting, using a tournament's approach to develop the events and what happens because of all the misunderstandings (typical in this type of drama). Despite the usual elements (triangles, misunderstandings, betrayals, etc.) the story is a great watch and I might even watch it again. The FL has a personality and dextrexity that do not match her "champion" title over seven years. However, the writer probably made her act cute to keep the audience interested.
Good drama in general. The story followed the similar dramas' framework but was well produced and an easy binge watch. The acting was also good in general and the main leads and most of the supporting actors did a good job keeping it interesting. So, it's a good drama for who enjoys the style.
Another (new) Korean drama that I stopped because it became boring due to the same stuff being repeated again and again. What happened to the cool stories such as Crash Landing on You and Rookie Historian? This one started well but became a drag.
And now an episode with swords, and no blurring filter, even though they also stabbed each other.
What kind of censorship rule is that?
