Watched "Shine on me" as well and yes I do agree ML was more confident while he was still pursuing her/ before dating era like he was literally drawing a border. Maybe it could have been better if they took another route with the SML in this drama

Maybe we have different view points and I can see where you are coming from. In my opinion it was the right choice to to be respectful towards Pei while also letting him know the distance between them.

After the lunch, she actually washed that box and gave it to male lead so that he can deliver it to Pei which was done to let him know they are in a relationship. On top of that, she explained it to ML what happened between them and how Pei kept pushing this lunchbox thing while using work as an excuse so she communicated and I don't see the problem here

You need to see how this situation ends before commenting. Even before that, she refused to accept it at first but Pei pushed the work connections between them and it was kinda in a way that he was insinuating that she was being rude if she were to not accept it. Besides, she didn't even eat it only by herself, she distributed it among collegues. If you don't mind spoilers I can explain what happened after that and how it was resolved in the best way possible. Not to say that you are not allowed to make opinions but maybe you need to analyze the situation more

I love love this drama so much. It is done to perfection but I can see a big potential in the vr murder mystery game that takes place in Rongcheng. What if there was a drama that is actually set in Republic of China but the murder mystery game is very much real which could start with enemies to lovers trope. When I first watched this drama, the very first episode, I thought of that because it gave that vibe. I knew it was a modern drama but imagine same cast, same vibes but the murder mystery game is not a game and you really need to try to survive.

Can't remember how many times I have rewatched this anymore. This is like a perfect xianxia romance drama for me!!

I have read half of the novel and most memorable part was a tournament. It was well written and I want to see it come to life finally. So excited!!

Only see those unproblematic stories in short dramas and the one I have watched was "Thouthands of years of love" which available on YT. It has really light angst/drama with a good tension. Longer dramas though rarely do this because it won't give a dramatic effect

Love the way they are slowly moving characters to suspicion zone to innocent zone. It leaves us with few characters to suspect and I love it so far
