I don't agree with reviews being posted during airing either but why do a lot of dramas (Kdramas are notorious for this) get away with it, and seems to me they're never removed either. Isn't this kinda unfair ? Unless MDL is really cracking down on this, why not just disable review option until it is confirmed completed .

There was so much to be frustrated about with this drama. I look at this drama as what Chinese historicals should NOT be. The weak leads and the poor execution is the nail in the coffin for me. The director should be banned from producing adaptations to novels, this trainwreck did the book ZERO justice.

Mao Xiao Tong (Er Xi's actress) is the best actress in this drama for me. Yang Yang and Zheng Zhuang are good to look at, but their acting range seems limited here but I'd like to think has more to do with directing that requires their character to be calm, quiet and cool. Zheng Zhuang has ironically improved a lot from her other roles, while I've seen better from Yang Yang.

On ep 17 and so glad Chang Ru is not as simple and sweet as she seems! Even then I got a feeling she is a "reasonable" villain...if anything she is pragmatic and sick of living under people's shadows, kinda like her boo Tuo Ba Yu. Birds of a feather sure do flock together hah.

Episode 16 so far and I find the lack of Weiyoung & Tou Ba Jun romance disturbing since their chemistry is just full of sparks. Yet thats what I love about this drama is the female lead is such a freakin badass on her own and story is good itself so doesn't require romance to carry this drama. Love how WY is just so competent and appropriately cunning but flexible and kind at same time. Keep them awesome female leads coming ❤

As a longtime fan of Chinese historicals I'm glad people are giving C-dramas a shot. The fact that the pacing is good helps A LOT since Chinese dramas in general tend to suffer from pacing issues which can tune people out despite their amazing costumes and good development.

Up at episode 15 so far and only complaint is not enough Tang Yan & Luo Jin scenes ARGH like that chemistry is no joke ❤ and they're even dating too in real life !

Weiyoung is a novel. Interesting enough I've read some readers of the orginal novel are frustrated with how the drama adaptation changed several things but hey this show is so good I ain't complainin

Ugh Chinese historicals are a guilty pleasure of mine and this is NOT what I need right now during final exams time !!! Having said that I am loving the costumes, and cinematography so far (though overdone at times) but I like the good flow and story so far.

I don't think my heart can handle this breakup that this show is over. What a ride !! Thanks to all the people and especially the wonderful actors in this. I am more so captivated by the wonderful cast more than anything else. Park Bo Gum is seriously great in this, perhaps his best work to date. I am now a fan. And this drama has the most amazing second leads or what, both Ha Yeon and Yoon Sung are so likable that you wish nothing but the best for them (I'm still very upset about what they did to Yoon Sung tho waah)

Ugh I still can't get over his death. What is more heartbreaking than his death is how FORGOTTEN he is! We have a noble second lead who always did the right thing for everyone around him, so I wish they followed the webnovel instead and gave Yoonsung happiness and love he deserves... </3

apparently 14th said he first started having good feelings about her since the Mongolian trip when she risked her life twice to cover for him. Time and time again she proved herself to be resourceful and daring and I think he finally acknowledged that he is love with her when she selflessly begged for 13th's ordeal.

you'll look past it, I promise. The story/drama will pull you in enough to stop paying attention to it.

She is such an amazing actress ! My new favorite actress :D wish nothing but the best for her ! Natural, charismatic and funny...oh and did I mention gorgeous

This is suprisingly good ! I admit I wasn't excited by the premise of it, but everyone seems to be tuning into it with good things to say bout it. Can't stop watching now:) Btw I adore Er Xi !! Isn't she just the most adorable bff or what !

Joongki & Ah In were the best in SKK ! lol they were even more popular than the main couple. SSK is much more well written imo but thankfully those two made up for the main couple and the overall chemistry between all the leads was good. Yoochun & Park Min Young neither alone or together were able to carry that drama by themselves, unlike Park Bo Gum & Kim Yoojung here.

This drama has a very special place in my heart. ❤ Yoo Ah In & Joongki are the real show stealers here.
