maybe i'm too easy to please but I'm a lot happier for it lmao i'm loving it so far
maybe i should just stop reading things on here lol everyone loves to shit all over stuff and my taste almost never aligns. Like i absolutely adore Never Let Me Go and Vice Versa and so many people on here hated both of those shows so i need to protect my peace and just not read this shit :'') I'm still currently watching the episodes here for NLMG, Vice Versa, and then I'm gonna finish it off with The Eclipse but seriously, all of the ones I've watched so far have been a lot of fun and/or incredibly sweet. I don't think people are ever able to be satisfied which is sad. Ik opinions differ, it's just always my fear that I won't get more of my favorite stuff if it's not well-received :'')
GMM's newest BrightWin. Let's see how much they milk these two out to oblivion. 🤣
I've seen a lot of people saying this and I don't really get it?? Just bc they're casting them in stuff doesn't mean they're milking them. They have a good dynamic and have done really well with the different roles they've been given and seem comfortable with each other. I don't see how that compares to BrightWin at all lol just bc they're popular? BrightWin didn't really have much romantic chemistry, they're just pretty. Not trynna start anything that's just my take :)
Idk about y'all but I'm obsessed with KajornPat now 😂 This gave me what I expected from OurSkyy based on season one. I don't ever expect them to be serious, it's usually just 2 fun episodes with a wonky plot. Also they gave Tiwson and Por scenes which is all I asked. Obviously there could've been more but I thought this was very cute and fun and it's a really unique take on an alternate universe. Instead of just having the actors swap characters they changed a ton of things. Idk, I enjoyed it a lot. I do still wish we could get a season 2 :")
😭😭😭 it was so sweet and safe and warm and I never wanted it to end.Tane was SO frickin cute I got emotional…
I loved the conversation with the brother who said that he was just a kid back then and didn't really hate Yutaka, and you realize that all that time they'd been misunderstanding each other. Could their parents have done more to make sure Yutaka felt included? Absolutely. If there's a kid who's standoffish maybe make sure he knows he's wanted? But still, I liked the scene where they all had snacks together on New years, and that we know the family relationship will start to heal now that they realized the misunderstanding.
I loved Mr. Ueda. That man has such a kind face and I love how he made room for Minoru and Yutaka to have time together and encouraged them to be more open and resolve things. He really understood how precious time is and did well in gently pushing them to treasure that time. Also he just looks like he understands. Like, looking at him he doesn't look like someone who is confused, he just gave a very reliable presence and I was happy whenever he was on screen. Good dad's are wonderful.
😭😭😭 it was so sweet and safe and warm and I never wanted it to end. Tane was SO frickin cute I got emotional constantly cause he's just such an adorable little sweetheart 😭😭 Minoru and the dad are wonderful too. I had some issues with Yutaka as he was frustrating at times, but I still liked him. The music was good the writing was really good and the pacing was good. I wish there'd been a bit more of them together, but the romance wasn't the main main focus since it was more found family and having a place to call home. There was so much to love here, it's a great little show. I really liked the emotions behind it, because they really did great on making the scenes poignant. The sorrow of feeling like you don't belong even within your own family and the pain of losing a loved one. It was very well done.
Just to add again, Tane is the cutest lil guy 😭 nothing but smiles whenever he was there and I especially loved his dynamic with Minoru, it was super natural and the actors really really sold the brotherly bond 🥹
I'm really sad :( this could have been WONDERFUL! The production is really good and I enjoy the acting a lot too.…
I love the music though and again, the production and acting was really lovely. I wish they'd just been able to flesh out the characters and storylines more because it's all really interesting. Also, the romance did fall a little flat and we didn't get to see much romantic attraction on Yoojae's part. Again, could have been fixed with more runtime. Any issues I have are ones that a full length could have fixed 😭 genuinely so sad about what could have been. Anyways I love Zuho. His character had his ups and downs but he did a really good job with what he was given ❤️
I'm really sad :( this could have been WONDERFUL! The production is really good and I enjoy the acting a lot too. If this had been a full length series, I think it would have been amazing because they would have had time to develop their ideas and the storylines, but as it is there just wasn't enough time to actually flesh anything out. There were so many things that felt like they were interesting but they just didn't have time for any of it to have much substance. It's a bummer, I was very excited because I love Zuho and sf9 so it was super, super cool to see him play in a gay love story (no matter what, I will always love what he said about taking this role and that everything that exists in this world is precious and it's wrong to treat anything with prejudice) But ultimately this just felt like a pitch for a show rather than a fully made series. I don't think it was bad, just sad because I can imagine how good it would have been if it had just been longer :(
