Title Ancient Love Poetry Spoiler
Baidu has three short character descriptions of the three leads so far. I am roughly translating this and basing it off of Baidu’s page as of 11/3/20 for this comment.

Shang Gu (上古) / Hou Chi (后池)
played by actress Zhou Dongyu
The head of the four (ancient) True Gods. A respectful God who possesses the source of the primal chaos. Sixty thousand years ago, due to the Calamity of Primal Chaos, she chose to be martyred and has fallen into slumber. Post-ancient realm, identity is God Hou Chi of Qingchi Palace.

Bai Jue (白玦) / Qing Mu (清穆) / Bai Xuan (柏玄)
played by actor Xu Kai
One of the four ancient True Gods. He is in love with Shang Gu for nearly 200,000 years. At the last moment when she was going to be martyred, he stopped her. He suppressed the Calamity of Primal Chaos. He had spent 40,000 years in gathering her soul.

Tian Qi (天启) / Jing Yuan (净渊)
played by actor Liu Xueyi
Formerly one of the four ancient True Gods of the ancient realm. He arranged an exterminating-life blood spell formation for the sake of Shang Gu and triggered the Calamity of Primal Chaos early.

I guess this time actor Liu Xueyi can say “for Shang Gu” or “for ancient realm” instead of san jie (Three Realms) lol

Title Tale of the Nine-Tailed Spoiler
After watching ep 4 and that the fox bead showed up after Ji Ah cried for Yeon, I can't help but wonder that perhaps Ah Reum may have been reincarnated but since Yeon didn't really spend time with the previous people that have Ah Reum's face and made them cry, maybe that's how he didn't end up recognizing her until now.
Or perhaps this particularly time period is important and the past between the two of them and Imoogi (the creature that killed Ah Reum) is crucial (old debts) and thus, Ah Reum ended up reincarnating for sure in the current time

In ep 2 the show is keeping its momentum. I like the brotherly chemistry generated between LDW (Lee Yeon) and KB (Lee Rang). Although the romance storyline is similar to other shows about reincarnation and finding one's lost loved one, the show is adding in that mystery intrigue, making it entertaining at least. Thank goodness the FL is written out decently and despite her becoming involved in situations that put her in danger, she's written a little better than others I have watched before so far

okay, this is a really good article but I'm unable to identify the guy in the thumbnail of this article. I know…
Adding on to Butter's comment, the actor is Li Zifeng who plays Yan Xiao Yi in Joy of Life

This type of storyline has been done before, but ep 1 so far is pretty entertaining! Hope it keeps that up
Love the creepy-like elements and I am reminded of Twilight a bit lol

Bless Xing Fei's soul and acting chops for holding this whole show lol The two male leads have improved and are pretty okay in their roles
The director sure likes to slow-mo and show Zhan Qinghong's smiley face in close-ups xD
Also, I can hear familiar BGM used in certain scenes (ex: around 11:40 ish mark in ep 1 is a very familiar soundtrack)
Would recommend anyone to try out a couple of eps for this lighthearted wuxia~ Hopefully, the plotline won't get too angsty or conflicts get prolonged since it's 36 eps

Tbh it’s surprising that Zhang Kai Tai or Yalkun Merxat isn’t the male lead since they are much much better…
Waiting for the day when Merxat stars as the ML and gets the girl lol C'mon Huanyu Film get him that role
Also hoping Alan Yu's acting is tolerable. As someone who've watched him before in Go Princess Go, there's some improvement I see in the trailer.... he's less of a block, like a bendy wood board now lol

Someone mentioned here that Xiao Yan has bad make-up. Apart from her white-washed face, I think I figure out what…
Her bangs or rather her hairstyle doesn't flatter her really. Combined that with her bad make-up and I get weirded out lol

This drama seems to follow a very similar storyline to "The Legend of Xiao Zhuang". I'm on ep 7 and so far, I'm…
This drama is adaptation of the drama Xiaozhuang Mishi, but set in Tang dynasty. Basically all three dramas revolve around the rise of Empress Xiao Zhuang (but in this drama they change the name)
