usually , i go to sites like mkvdrama.org, and such, they all have download options. plus , i have the official WeTv and iQiyi apps, with paid subscriptions.

i am REALLLY REALLY seriously depressed, i mean, like many of you, i probably i have been so looking for love like a galaxy and immortal samsaran...

and then comes LbFaD , and those other two shows do NOTHING FOR ME!

i NEED A SWORD TO STAB MYSELF TOO; OR SOME SPOON TO GORGE OUT MY EYES. COZ ALL OTHER SHOWS FROM LAST YEAR AND THIS YEAR ARE SO BORING IN COMPARIOSN!
(well except snow sword stride, and right now, I am contemplating which show SSS or LbFaD, I would sacrifice if i hadn't had enough storage space on my harddrive... i would rather probs kill myself than having to choose.

THE HECK HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO LIVE AFTER LbFaD has ended??? its still 4 month till end of the years, Chinese producers BETTER HAVE SOMETHING SO BRILLIANT coming up, otherwise... my life this year will end up , me watching LbFaD on the loop on Christmas....

tonight i am probably ending up watching either nirvana in fire, untamed or joy of life. honestly , like ZERO of the new dramas that i have downloaded the last 12 month, is doing anything for me... and if i rewatch LbFaD like a million times, my brain will explode.

totally thought the same in that scene at the end of ep 32. XLF shifu , she knows more then she lets on....

on the other hand, I REALLY REALLY was falling hard for SML here, its the first drama, where i find the SML nearlly equally compelling as the ML.
sure enough, he is not badass as the devil lords , but for once, one of those good guys is not a total hypocrite , like they are usually being characterized (or like his jerk of a brother. jesus hell, you might wonder how those self rightous pricks always gets the highest seats of power in any realm...)

i had like collected last year and this year, roughly just about ohh 500 GB (i have a 4000 GB harddrive) of chinese dramas , and while waiting for new eps of LbFaD, i tried to look into them, to distract myself.

it was all in vain, i cannot even tell you the titles of all those useless dramas, that couldnt pull me in. or distract me , from LbFaD

completely agree with you. its one life versus 100,000 soldiers.
more than a fair trade.
(just from a certain POV of course, other might argue, one life is equally worth than 100,00 coz life itself cannot be measured).

lol, i just bought an 27" ultra HD whatever fancy stuff, monitor, because of this show.

like, last year, i bought an entire year of VIP subscription, at WeTV coz of Snow sword stride.
this year, iQIYI will definitely get my money!

not having Chinese citizenship, means, not being able to have an weibo account, and to follow Esther and Dylan, and support them there, right?
so how does one support them further? (I am pretty sure, raving here with other international, non Chinese speaking fans, doesn't really count in china? ??)

its actually funny, this is the first drama , where i am suffering the SML syndrome. true enough, i like the ML , but damn, the SML is also absolutly stunning (from his looks) and he has a likeable personality.
and well, both in the end, the good and the evol male leads, are probably going to be ready so sacrifice their respective worlds to save the FL.

except, i pretty sure, she wont need saving coz well, she IS supposed to be the female savior /heroine here in this story.

i wonder if this is the first drama, which I will be rewatching as much, after it ends, like nearly a decade ago, with nirvana in fire...

gods LBFAD is...picking up every single trope from basically any fandom I have ever loved, and did visualize it perfectly, and with actors, who did execute and delivers perfectly.

fuck, who needs the new game of thrones, or lord of the rings shows from US; when I have THIS!

random thought:
honestly, if there were more normal/ heterosexual dramas that were as compelling as this one, I would not be sad, if we never see any new BL romance dramas released.

this one and Untamed could fuel my fantasies for the next few years LOL.

very true, its like fanfiction, all kind of kinks and preferences are fair game.

and well, honestly, its rarely can be pinned on the actors, i mean, anyone knows, they get the script and then film the scenes totally out of order, and how the final result of the drama looks like, is never in their sphere of influence. its all the director and those who cut the scenes together. in the hopes, it makes a coherent and compelling story.

I think, what XLH felt for both ML and SML, was initially gratitude. well in case of SML it was lots of sort of teenager crush on an idol as well, as it was said, nearly every fairy ,was worshipping the god of war.

and with the ML , its a mixture of stockholm syndrome and because they went through a lot together. i think, it was around ep 13, where she willingly kissed him, to save him and switch back , that the feelings become more aware on herself.

this is the first show, where I am really srsly suffering the SML syndrome!
i really really liked Chang Heng from the beginning, nearly as much as DFQC !
they are both attractive as hell / heaven, and both characters are so well written, the SML is like serious competition for each other, and not like in most shows, the SML is inferior to the ML.

anyone having recommendation, for fantasy or modern drama, where you thought , well, you are either fine with the FL to end up with ML or SML`?
because the SML is equally great (well maybe not in terms of raw power, like here DFQC is or was the most powerful character in terms of heavenly / hellish cultivation, but in terms of character traits?)

maybe i should start seeing how those two are...i have been reluctant to start, coz reviews for both shows were a little bit underwhelming, but all main couples are among my favs.

all right, i am giving them a shot now, i need some other drug, than LBFAD , hahah.

now you remind me , this LBFAD drama is the first one, i remember suffering the second male lead syndrome. Dont get me wrong, I adore and worship dylan in this role, but damn, did the script writer and author write the SML on several levels equally attractive (not just in terms of looks but more like mental state) !!

if this were not against chinese censorship, lol, i would say, the fairy should marry both, and have two husband, and they should live in sinful threesome happily ever after *G*

oh, and since ML and SML are both hot, they should make out too. LOL, somebody should write thatAU fanfic for me at ao3....

thanks. the comparison with love like a galaxy and long ballad is actually... now come to think about it, I kinda feel strange. I liked long ballad. like a lot. but not on the level of like LBFAD .

and i tried love like a galaxy, and despite like leo wu, i find that drama boring as hell. i downloaded the entire thing, only to discover, i skipped every second eps, and then gave up, and went to the last ep.
i guess, the props and scenery were all more expensive than LBFAD , maybe because most were not CGI, but real landscapes, but still.
strange, like i said, i like long ballad, and the wolf.
LLAG was...left me indiffierent.

anyone here has watched miss the dragon with dylan, and can give me thoughts, if its worth watching?

those few comments I randomly saw on youtube, said, miss the dragon was very underwhelming in terms of - well - everything , comparing to LBFAD , but well. rather than checking the ratings here, on the miss the dragon page, I would rather hear your opinions in this place, hope that's ok, and thanks!

damn, honestly, this is like higher scale than 10/10 , just for this show, they should create like 13/10 or something. the last show i have been that addicted to, was snow sword stride. and that well, was a different sort of addictive.
