just finished this yesterday, and quite like it! sure it could have been done with a fewer eps, but overall, I like especially the last 6 episodes and how they entangled all the mystery about the massacre of that city, that happened.
also, I have discovered a near foolproof way, to find dramas, that I like: on youtube, there is this reviewer .
i realized, all the dramas, that she deems unworthy and where plot and story and everything else, is dumb to her taste, and is only for the dumb audience? are basically dramas, that I am going to like. LOL. i am pretty sure, I am the brainless, dumb, unintelligent viewer and audience she is thinking of, when she does all her critics of certain dramas. coz I watch not for any oscar worthy script or acting or sometimes not even cinematography , but sometimes just for my pure "id" and for idol visuals, and my kinks, and for superficial tropes and for excitement.
so, I am liking this drama, and next is female general, and after that is immortal acension, and 1000% for sure, not going to watch Thriving land, coz she is already praising that drama.
its like, yeah, thank you reviewer, we have completely opposite reasons and taste in dramas, so watching her channel, is so very useful. everything she judge, is bad, comes automatically on my to-watch list, and everything she says is intelligent and has value, will be on my not-watch list.
if you look up under "recent discussions" (like on top of this site) , there seems to be a discussion thread called "novel translation". not sure if its only online, or if there is a printed published version.
i totally can identify with the FL, as she comes from modern times, and all that killing stuff is really beyond our world, its hilarous. and also, slacking off work and shirking from work, sounds also admireable goals, being an office clone drone , is just awful. , LOL
this doesnt drive me as crazy as LBDAF, but its still much more fun then anything i have currently on my shelf.
except that one , where they pick all the usual c-drama tropes apart.
I wish they dropped all the episodes 😭 I would’ve binged watched it until the morning it’s so good
i have to do my taxes, so i rely on my superpowers WITHOUT cultivation, to not start the drama and just wait until next weekend and there are already like probably half the eps out , before i watch :D
just popped up in my youtube feed at TVB channel! aww the good old 90s, I loved Deric Wan sooo much, he was a great actor as well as singer. never probably was so famous such as the heavenly kings, but he certainly would have deserved it.
hoping and praying that the gods have mercy on us, and let the chinese government release all the other BLs that…
I doubt the c government does not know. At best, they tolerate, because it's not available on the Chinese Internet, and their government controls the Internet. Either way I wish I had gazillions of euros, then I could properly bribe them and buy those shows on the shelf, for international fans 😭

just been through wanted detective yesterday, that was pretty entertaining as well.
"What’s the one where they pick the tropes apart? "
Yii already answered, that is A Dream Within a Dream

i am here , mostly because i saw him in the trailer :D
damn, according to the trailer, he plays a villain?
i love that, I wish, any of the actors I like, would have to play evil villain roles once in a moon :D
(don't recognize any of the other actors, or actresses, but seeing so much buzz here, I hope they don't disappoint their fanbase )
i hope they keep the pace and the tension
(its probably slightly too bloody, so I will only watch with half closed eyes)
have you never heard of micro vertikal dramas?
they are 2 to 3minutes short!
