Episode 3: Just before Ba U made the move to ______ Ji Hun (MDLers: "omg...it's sexual assault/rape/forced intimacy/non-con/dub-con/tri-con!), I thought "I know you want to ______ him, Ba U, but since everyone on MDL is going to scream you-know-what anyway, why not just pull his pants down and blow him instead?" And then...the 75th and 76th BL trope in this episode occurred.
Something Is Not Right: Cliche, cliche, cliche, cliche. cliche Trope, trope, trope, trope, trope Cliche/trope, cliche/trope, cliche/trope, cliche/trope, cliche/trope This situation is frustrating because the plot is toying with potentially interesting vibes, but the script is riddled with...cliches and tropes. The only one missing so far is slip/fall/catch, and I suspect it's coming soon.
However, the boys are exceedingly cute, not terrible actors, and...and...Jung Je Hyeon's LIPS. Those lips are my new reason for breathing. JJH officially has replaced Park Jae Chan of "Semantic Error" as the new bearer of the coveted BL title "Pillow Lips." I made this decision during episode 3. You're welcome.
Before starting episode 3, I want to say that the classic BL overheard-but-misunderstood-conversation trope at the end of ep. 2 is one of the clumsiest, most ham-handed I've seen in all my decades of BL-watching.
omfg how delusional can someone get, he’s not get let you hit it bro, matter of fact, he might give you some…
Your comments are among the most grammatically incoherent combinations of Knetz trash-talk, bro-speak, obscenities, insults, and stupidity I've encountered. But there is no trophy for that. Sorry.
This will be the last time I feed you, Knetz Killer Klown. Choke on it.
These actors are funny as hell and the story has potential, but there are multiple gigantic holes in the story, and I'm not even halfway through. With that being the case, the intermittent funny spots are too few and far between.
The BL record of shows that incorporate gangsterism and Yakuza stuff is dismal. However, this show's director helmed WBL 1 and Unknown, so there is hope.
On the other hand, he also directed the abortion that is "WBL Fighting Mr. 2nd" which is almost unbelievably bad. At least he didn't write WBL2's wildly incoherent story, but he also didn't step out from behind the camera as filming progressed and say "WTF is this becoming and how do we fix it?"
It's comical that even his two attempts to fix the mess that is WBL2, a "special episode" and a "special edition," still didn't get it done. He should have simply removed WBL2 from his bio and begun to act as though he didn't know what people who asked about it were referring to.
Sadly, this showed early promised, but I soon found myself struggling to pay attention. Despite what could have been a fun, sexy, romp of a story, the execution just isn't there to make it work. I took a break from it, intending to return, but a day later I couldn't work up the interest to do so.
There are a lot of things about this show that aren't right. Incoherent plot, too much cutesie-pie background music, too fluffy, etc. This makes two BLs I'm watching now only because nothing else decent is available. I almost fell asleep during episode 2.
You're talking about Kim Jaeyoung right? I don't know him well so idk if he did surgery but Nam Jihyun never did.
Yes. It's as if 90% of these Korean actors go to the same plastic surgeon and they give them the exact same nose they've given to 500 other Korean actors. It's the slope in the bridge down to the slight, little bump at the tip, and it's always the same. If I were an actor who did this, I would instruct them that I did NOT want to look like 499 other actors in Korea and to do the job so I had a nice, but distinctive nose.
Sad thing is, almost all of them are perfectly gorgeous just as they are and don't need any work. Korea is plastic surgery-addicted, even among the general population.
Poor baby. So frustrated and sad that it can no longer freely lie, slander, and defame an actor here.
Oh look! The frustrated little KKK is back yet again.
Even though it can no longer vomit forth judgment and lies about the artist whose page this is without its comments being removed (note latest said removal above), it keeps hovering, flailing, like a vampire bat whose fangs have been pulled.
Fascinating that even though it could spew its hate into comments on any number of welcoming cesspools like Koreaboo, it returns again and again to MDL, where it is no longer tolerated. What could drive such behavior? Who cares?
Look, kids, let's point and laugh at the KKK as it dive-bombs to extinction - hahaha!
The whole “he waited until she was 18” argument completely ignores the power dynamics, emotional manipulation,…
When does that "magic switch" kick in, Jenkz? At midnight on the 20th, 22nd, or 30th birthday? Who determines when that happens? You? hahaha
You seem to be saying that young women are delicate, immature, weak creatures who must be protected from real life and the predators you envision in your dreams until the age of 30. You seem to be saying that young women are much more in need of your hovering guidance than their male counterparts, when the opposite is true. Female humans mature at a significantly earlier age than do males.
I believe young women, even those below the age of 18, are strong, intelligent human beings who are ready and able to engage and grow in the real world. They don't need your unwanted protection and interference. Consider not treating young women like six-year-old children. You're infantilizing them.

Run along now, little Knetz Killer Klown.
This thread has been disinfected of your kind, but there's sure to be another scrubbing soon. I wouldn't want you to melt away like the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz.

So, I guess this one could go either way.

People who like Thai BLs would likely enjoy this.
Scene stealer: Ji Hun's lips

But now I'm wondering...do some "pieces of c*m stain" have minds? hmmm?
Your last reply will be reported. Maybe this will be your last word here. Hope so.
Happy Easter!

You KKKs are hilarious.
Much appreciated.
