Are you trying to say you wanna see some dick?Edit: bro you are the guy I argued with about old boy. How crazy…
Hi Nano. Other than good BLs and a few gay-themed shows, I am not a fan of Asian dramas. They seem to drag out stories that could be told in less than half the time, or even in a two-hour film. However, there are a few I enjoyed. Here is a link to my custom list of best mainstream dramas. I intended it to have 30 titles, but I've only made it to 10 so far because I don't watch enough of them to make the goal. :)
I hope one day to see it portrayed in a positive way, as for some groups it would definitely be pleasant representation.…
And I'm sure many, many sex-repulsed and ace people have silently been in relationship and married to allos throughout human history...yes? They just kept their mouths shut about it because who were they going to tell? OR...they just stayed single.
Question: why would an aro person ever want to be in a relationship in the first place, now that society, especially younger people, are much more aware that if they aren't into other people romantically there's no reason to force themselves?
I mean to be fair, it is still cheating. There's no way to justify it. Be it whether there's other 'worse' ways…

The hetero (not for long!) lead is not in a SEXUAL relationship with the "girlfriend." They don't even kiss. I don't recall seeing a hug except for the half-ass one she gave him from behind for the visual consumption of their friend group. She is the one who cut off sex without telling him why.
I agree it makes a great deal of sense to just get the hell out to simplify things and end the stress, but I don't see him as having any "moral" obligation to do so. Why would he?
Withholding sex is just as bad as having sex on the side. When you were "cheated" on, were you and your partner still having sex? If so, then I agree it was a despicable act on their part. If not, then where's the "cheating?"
Besides all this, who's to say what appears to be a physical encounter between our leads next ep won't come about spontaneously and unexpectedly? If so, what? He's supposed to say, "oh no, we can't do this. I have to discuss it with my "GF" first?" I don't think so...she ended their sexual relationship long ago. She hasn't asked him how he's holding up without getting off, etc. because she doesn't care. He owes her nothing.
This is what I'm talking about with "gray-area" thinking. If he was still pretending to love his GF and having sex with her and then slept with the other lead, that's pretty close to black/bad. Getting busy with someone else when they are not having sex and the romance is entirely stale...that's pretty damn white.
BTW, I hope Fujisawa or the frigid Lesbian GF or both, walk in on our boys doing the nasty next week.
Fireworks! And neither one of them would be justified in making a scene. What, do they expect these two hot, smart young men to be satisfied with wanking?

I don't care for the term "cheating" because it's judgey and puts all extra-relationship sexual relations in the same category when they most definitely are not. 90% of the time, MDLers use "cheating" in a moralistic, judgey, Church-Lady way that leaves no room for nuance or shades of gray. Which is why they use it: Black/white thinking is easy.
Neither lead has an obligation to keep their roommate informed as to what they're doing on the side. Does either of the roomies really have standing to feel "cheated" upon, given their behavior? Not to me.
I feel like Kaori is really a lesbian. Her pregnant friend was too excited to tell Kazauki that Kaori wasn't attracted…
I didn't mean to be laughing at your idea that Kaori is lesbo; I was laughing that this type of speculation is what this wild show has driven us to. :D Anything is possible here, but the pregnant friend specifically indicated she wanted to have sex with her husband. But if the subs are reliable and I have no idea if they are, she said he was "impotent" but then immediately followed that by saying he likes to jerk off to magazines but not bang her, which is not what impotency is. I couldn't tell anyone that without laughing. Either way, she's a snake. and a blabbermouth.
I do like the direct implication that we never know what is going on in the private lives of those around us.

How would a relationship between an asexual and a normal-sexual work? Seems rational to think asexuals ought to stick with other asexuals if they don't want to end up having their partner look outside the relationship for sexual satisfaction.
I felt buying the tv was manipulative. He can't or won't give Sei what he wants so tries to give him something…
YES. Bravo! A lot of MDLers hate and/or are afraid of sex. They'll go to great lengths to convince themselves that withholding or not having sex is a good thing, regardless of circumstances because sex is, you know, gross.
Episode 4 is amazing as usual. But teasing the Next Episode like that is Criminal knowing we'll have to wait a…
If Fuji "valued what Sei wants more than what he wants" he'd drop his pants and put out. The knots you twisted yourself into here to rationalize the sadistic behavior of a couple of emotionally sadistic twits is remarkable.
Episode 4: I don't know who's the bigger freak, Fujisawa or Shinomiya. "When he shows his masculine side..." Would she rather he show her his feminine side? Psychos, both of them. And wow...how much of a weirdo snake is that preggo chick? She couldn't wait to stir the pot, and not only the one with soup in it in front of her.
Looks like our boys are going to get diggity with it next week and I for one, am here for it. :)
All this talk of "cheating" in comments is hilarious. Sex is not the only way to "cheat" on someone. Emotional and psychological cheating are just as bad; perhaps worse, depending on circumstances. Fuji and Shino are sadistic weirdos either way.
