Not given up, this is still an ongoing project! I am just painfully slow at subbing, haha. The current new goal is to complete the series and upload everything at once – hoping that will give me motivation to finish and then there isn't any extra waiting!

Hello again! It looks like the official channel's slowly but surely subbing each episode, so I'm going to turn down the pace on my own subs by a lot.
I know that C-dramas are notorious for providing machine/bad translations as official subs, so I'll try to eventually complete this project — I absolutely despise subpar subs ruining legitimate dramas. But I've been exhausted lately by other things and this seems as good an opportunity as any to relax a bit :)

Lovely themes with a slightly eccentric and unique math-based execution. Far too many people dismissed it due to the student-teacher issue, as I almost did, but just goes to show that preliminary judgments can be misleading.
Wish the writers could have kept with the interesting mathematics through the entire show, but they did lose their touch delving too far into repeated corruption plots. 12 is the definitely the new magical number for K-drama episodes – this drama, if nothing else, proves that 16 is just too many to cleanly deliver an otherwise beautiful plot. Still, solid performances from the actors and certainly nowhere near as offensive as I initially expected.
I imagine this is actually quite awesome for those of you who enjoy binge-watching. Happy marathoning to you :)

Hi, no problem! I'm hoping to have all 20 episodes up by around the second week of January. This is a slightly optimistic estimate but we're making very steady progress! As for quality, I believe the episodes are at 1080p on WeTV :)
OK, we are back in action for subbing! Everything will still be on Captionfy. Even after considering all the alternatives, I still firmly believe that the method we're currently using is the most beneficial for the drama itself (since it directs ad revenue and views to Tencent's official episode releases).
That being said, our translations are definitely still going to be stolen, so now I'm also going to get a little shameless and tell you that HI I TAKE DONATIONS! Each 30-minute episode takes me anywhere between 6–8 times the episode length to complete, depending on whether I have help and/or if there's a lot of timing details to fix.
