As for Link: I think Moon Chae Won is the ideal pick. She's a great actress, similar age range, and has proven her worth in Melo/romance/thrillers. She's not signed up for a new project unlike other of her peers, b/c if not, Kim Go Eun, Seo Ye Ji, Jo Bo Ah, and the like would be my picks. Even Jo Bo Ah is a good choice for Link, she's talented and gorgeous. I think the realistic possibilities for Link would be Moon Chae Won & Jo Bo Ah (Right Age Range/Have Done Thriller/Melodrama/Romance And Got Good Marks for Them).
I personally think Link is the better choice for him. It's not a sweet/nice guy role, but more mysterious and darker. If he could do both, great. I rather him continue to do more work with tvN, as they're top class.

KSH is very popular rn. But unfortunately, given the nature of K-entertainment, someone newer/hotter will come up. I like KSH a lot, but he has to first prove himself as a viable leading man. Catch the Ghost, while a good showcase for his talents didn't do so hot ratings wise, and didn't push his career any further.

He hasn't done Melo/full romance yet. That's true, he really hasn't. He does a play with requires you to do the same scene over/over again, and in his few dramas with romance, he does show potential.
