how is JJY in this? I know she tends to play the same type of character in most of her shows. but I’ve been…
Her hair could be better. It's a big distraction for me. Yes, she is still playing the same type but I don't find her acting exceptionally bad or good. But the storyline is interesting and intriguing enough to keep me focused.
Apparently I read on a fb page that CNetz are saying LGX is old, ugly and fat. Let's call it age discrimination.…
Not sure if you have watched Love and Destiny. Back then, they were criticizing how ugly Chang Chen was as the ML. Yes, he's not a pretty boy but he was able to bring out the depth in that role and his chemistry with NiNi was tops. It remains one of my top fave shows to date cos of the cast.
I've honestly never seen such a well-chosen cast.I think it's the first time I've seen such a convincing actor…
I think his height and built also made a difference to the aura. Look at him when he was sitting on the little boat, drinking tea, while SL was fighting the demons. He was so handsome there. Seems his hair was parted a little differently also.
I laughed so hard at the scene where XZ challenged SL to a fight in front of her army. This man cannot make sense of his own feelings and is so unpredictable in his behavior toward SL in the presence of all those in the show. But as an audience, we kinda expected his behavior and figured it out. Anyway, I was so tickled I went to read the novel and landed right on this episode and realized they really follow the story and dialogues very closely.
