It is a bit different compared to the novel! They probably had to make some major changes to the plot to include how she knows martial arts/can fight without the reborn plot. I'm going to assume she learns all of this during her time sealed off in the mountain?

Like all of its hot searches are being taken down so it's not trending, and also seems like BL's DY videos of MM views were restricted so she ended up not posting anymore MM DY as a result.
Even at weibo night, the hosts never mentioned MM by name (and ARP was not invited), so BL mentioned it in her award acceptance speech (literally all she said was hi I'm bailu, thank you weibo for the award and there's currently a drama called MM airing on iqiyi).

Oh she definitely isn't a fan of Bai Lu and doesn't care for her. I think it would partly be because she's from Yu Zheng's company and she hates him.
I notice she never puts Bai lu's photo on her video image, only her co-stars if she's featuring that drama in the video.
The rare chance that she does talk about her dramas, it's usually a scathing rant over one or two points and she always drop them (One and Only, Forever and Ever, TTEOTM...etc). I don't think she's ever finished a BL drama until SOKP so at she finished this one lol. I remeber in the OG review, she gave a one liner and said BL was okay in her role (felt like was triyng to say she was serviceable, didn't drag the drama down, but didn't add anything to it).
She gives a lot of leeway to actors and actresses that she likes and would even admit that because she likes them, she can over certain things. She is extremely critical of actors she doesn't like. Makes me wonder what her review of SOKP would be if the leads were her favourite actors.
She's became way too negative, I actually unfollowed her and blocked all her content from appearing on my Google feed.
I really missed AB in the first two episodes!! It seemed like they focused a lot on MZY, I wonder if they're testing the water to see if they should add her to the regular season if AB isn't back by then?
