You originally used the Tencent heat as an indicator...just checked and the heat started to drop. Top 7 in Datawin is nothing especially in a market this frozen. I really don't mean to be unpleasant and I'm sorry to pounce on you. I just generally dislike international audiences being misled, even if the intention is good so I feel like some clarification is worth it.

New rumored booting date is March 16th, from a trusted melon account. Honestly, at this point no one knows when exactly it's starting. Most think they'll start shooting on the 16th and the booting might happen a bit later, on the 20th. No matter, I'm so excited to see them together.

I have nothing against these actors but come on now, "quite popular" isn't accurate if you look at the data. The heat for now has flatlined. It's doing okay-ish but then this isn't exactly a popular theme so I don't think anyone has huge expectations.

Kinda? It's doing okay but it's far from being popular in the sense most people would understand it (lots of buzz etc.). It reached 9000 on the heat index a few days ago but the heat isn't rising and instead it's been dropping since. I've seen mostly mixed comments online so I think this one is very nichey. It's definitely the top airing web drama on a couple of lists, like the Maoyan heat index for web dramas and V-linkage (web dramas) but there isn't much competition so depends on how you wanna read the data.

I've heard nothing but great things about Rattan. As for Parallel World, some of it is more mixed especially toward the end. I think she tends to be very involved in the filming process. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. This one is apparently a very challenging one to adapt so everyone's hoping for them to respect the story as much as possible.

It's just weird that reliable melon accounts aren't giving a specific date yet. The rumor about the 15th came from a Ningbo source.

To those who have read the novel, is it a good read? I've read the summary but tbh it sounds a bit cliché.

This is such a great explanation. Wish I could bookmark your comment. I think "Love" might be a way to signal there's a strong romantic component to the storyline which makes sense considering one of the genres listed is "romance" along with thriller, fantasy and supernatural.

thanks...it's been on my PTW for so long. Seems like the same components for Love on the Turquoise Land except this one seems to contain a good dose of romance as well.

I saw the photo from the hair stylist dying her hair black-brown, but not sure if it's related to the photo of the hair styling sign leaked a day before. Some fans think the hair color change could be for the variety show but it doesn't make a lot of sense.

I haven't even started but for what it's worth I've heard the romantic plot is great. Not sure about the amount of kissing.
