Just finished Eps 13-14 and I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. This drama is the gift that keeps on giving. Fiery owns my heart already with the way he's this misunderstood, soft big boy who's so lonely and in need of someone to show him a bit of compassion...just like Youqin up in the heavenly realm. Seeing Yetan fall in love with every piece of his discarded, most passionate emotions has such poetic value, despite this containing high levels of comedy. They truly belong together. No one would be this brazen and driven to defy every single rule just to get her husband back. I adore her character.
I nearly lost it at the temple scenes. This group of Di Lanjue, Qingheng, Ziwu and Man Man is just the perfect comedic ensemble. Their dynamics are gold.
And the void storyline, I was laughing so hard at Hai Chao losing count omg...too good. I. CANT. WAIT. to meet the other two soul shards, especially knowing one symbolizes lust lol. I can't imagine what that's going to be like.

Yeah I have no idea how it slipped down to 8.2, makes no sense, especially with all the positive buzz this show has. It started out with an 8.6 (very delayed for some reason, MDL took several days to show the rating for this drama) then dropped to 8.4 then further to 8.2 but I've seen dramas go up and down during the time they air so we shall see? It's only been 12 episodes. Chongzi has been up and down.
