Some people believe Starry Love "stole" the spot for other wuxia / xianxia dramas that were rumored to air, but who knows if that's part of the reason. I've been tracking the separate ratings and they've gone up consistently so that might eventually be reflected in the overall rating. Dropped was 5.85 yesterday and it's now 6. The other two have also increased. Rating stats is only updated up to Feb 22 and other stats like watchers and users who rated haven't moved for several days.

idk what it is about this drama, but every single couple is doing it for me, even Ziwu and Lanjue. I'm buying it all. That scene at the start of today's ep between 3rd Prince and QK when he realizes she's been lying...that was sizzling with chemistry. And the fireworks scene...beautiful and endearing---and funny at the same time. This is how a mortal arc is done...so refreshing!
That kiss was one of the most beautifully shot, romantic kisses I've seen in a xianxia. And the way he was preparing so hard for the confession, he's really taken with our TanTan. The way he carved all that furniture and pottery knowing she had complained about how he had nothing in that cave. He wants to give her a good life with whatever he can make with his bare hands.
