There is something I dont understand... why was it a bad thing to be an "official" at those times? Could someone…
It's less that there is something bad about being an official in itself. Rather, the officials of this period are overwhelmingly corrupt and abuse their power. The main character's father is a particularly flagrant about it.
You could feel it from a mile away! They definitely have something going on. But I also feel like Ga Kyung's having…
I got more of a sense that Ga Kyung was jealous of Ta Mi liking someone, rather than being interested in Mo Gun herself? Like she doesn't like to see Ta Mi moving on? (with a new company or a new guy.) Which would fit with the idea that she is either bi or lesbian.
I'm slowly realizing that these small cable dramas with the quirky premises sometimes turn out to be real gems. I'm a little worried because I prefer Son Ho Jun and his acting to Nam Joo Hyuk, but I'm definitely open to giving this a try.
The drama doesn't actually end this week though, right? There's going to be one more episode next week? I'm not ready to let it go! This is my favorite airing drama right now...
Anyone know if the music that plays in the background is it a song or just background score? Where to find OSTs…
I've been getting them on Spotify as they show up, just look up Children of Nobody OST and there are a couple of playlists. I don't know if the most recent song from the end of 22 is there yet though. EDIT: It is! It's by N I guess. Part 4 of the OST
This drama is freaking adorable. A little dumb, yes. But cute as hell. It has an old school feel to it. Kind of reminds me of something like Couple or Trouble.
Can I just say Lee Yi Kyung is phenomenal in this? Kim Sun Ah is amazing of course, but she always is. But Lee Yi Kyung hit me with the serious acting chops out of nowhere. I was not prepared!
Wait, her reaction to her mom. Was she abused as a kid? and why did that lady tell her she was right about how…
That was my first guess too. That she was abused as a child. That was such an extreme and honestly bizarre reaction to her mothers displeasure. It feels like she's got some unresolved issues that the show hasn't started to unpack yet.
I love "male lead falls first" narratives. A lot of Noona-romances fall into this category as well, which is part of their draw for me. Nothing gets under my skin more than a drama where the female lead moons over a guy who is dismissive and rude towards her for the majority of the run.
