i think the plot became convoluted a little too early. The acting is fine but in the end there is currently 0 chemistry between the leads.

am i the only one that thinks neo looks rlly different here??? i nearly didnt recognize him.. and i checked unclouded soul and he genuinely looks so different between these dramas.

i watched a couple episodes only and so far i think its cute but im hoping it doesn't barrel into just being a romcom. the webtoon was a slice of life and u got to see her friends a lot (i cried so much when i read the webtoon during some friendsip scenes) and u got to see her family life more- as of rn they haven't even mentioned she has a younger brother lol. there was a lot of earned character development in the webtoon but im starting to think 12 eps isn't going to cut it... that said i wasn't disappointed withthe acting or portrayals!

I legit skipped thru the drama just to find scenes of the bi blonde guy and the sapphics lol, the fl's friends have a better romance storyline than the fl herself

hey so if you're able to read, my comment specifies that i dislike the use of the ai to create scenes in the drama. as in the director chose to lazily generate a few minutes of filler video instead of hiring actors or just creatively conveying the story in another way.

also, yes, i do think the teen kdrama is sponsored by ai. kdramas go out of their way to omit branding from their shows if its not a luxury brand, the fact that episodes clearly show use of ai means it is sponsored.

i don't hate ai, i just think its lazy and pathetic to generate a part of a drama shittily instead of finding another way to convey the same storybeat. next time you dish out a comment, use both your brain and eyes, ty.

i get the character using ai ig, but to lazily using ai to convey her backstory bc the either didn't want to hire anymore actors to play younger counterparts or bc they couldn't figure out another cost effective and creative way to tell that part of the story is pathetic imo - but yeah, i def think this web series is sponsored by chatgpt at least :[ pity cuz from face value this is a fun set up for a romcom

Don't think I'll watch s2 though... heard that the main cast is more of a supporting role in s2 and I don't feel like getting to know more of these students if all their storybeats are going to be half-baked @@;;;

It's a fun watch but the groundwork is so loose. You have to suspend a ton of disbelief to watch the show and have fun. Following the initial trio was much more fun then what the story divolves into, especially as it becomes a generic "chosen one" plotline with Pang. Also... why was this actually filmed on a potato. This is only my second Thai drama or so, but like... Why is the only vibrant thing the damn product placement lmao.

kind of disgusted a show about comp sci-ish majors actively used ai in the drama. the reasoning/joke was garbage and those few minutes of generated video were equally as shitty. genuinely never been as offput from a drama as this without cosidering extreme cases.

i read spirit fingers completely while it was coming out- lowkey scared off watching this and havingmy good memories of the webtoon ruined if the show is bad. for ppl that have watched majority of it and have read the webtoon how does it compare?

i kinda didnt mind the scene but did think it was like way too early and way too sudden. felt like fanservice for the sake of fanservice. that being said, i didnt get fluffy from the drama at all especially with her judging couples outside while they were all like on top of each other lol.
