It seems to be raining a whole hell of a lot! And I love the way they are using the rain in the story!⛈️☔ There is an art to hugging someone, making sure your face is shown in the best light and the best angle, and also any hair accessories and wigs are not affected! 😂 I always wonder how many times they end up getting stuck on each other and have to be rescued when filming hugging and kissing scenes!😉 Do they budget constraints? There should be a shit ton of guards around the prince's manor. No way The Zhen would be able to stroll right in! But damn, what a funny scene!🤣 Commandant Xie and Jiang Yi! I agree! I love how both of their characters are so alike, supporting their masters while gently or not so gently bullying them into doing what they want! And I love how both are so comfortable with Ernui! (Da Huang). I see both of them playing with him (her) in the background in a lot of scenes. So cute! 😍🐶

These changes from the novel are kind of a bummer. I liked how she was able to outwit all of the evil princes and their consorts in this life cause she knew all about their trickery from her previous life. The ML and FL played everyone so well and were always pretty much 2 steps ahead of the rest of the world! Their scheming was a beautiful thing! 😂 Of course, they made this weird change to having the FL being the head of an invading army (what?) and storming the castle 🏰 and being killed by the ML🏹 😕 instead of killed by Princess Consort Qi so I've no idea where this story is going! 🤐🤐🤐
Wait, what, the FL doesn't know he's the 7th prince? How can she not know? In their previous life they were married to the prince and lived in the princes palace and knew the entire royal family? Or did that entire part of her life get changed for the drama too? Woah, that's a hella big change!
So Princess Fuqing is here! I'll admit, I like the meet up with The Zhen! That's different. But sweet. Now fingers crossed the FL heals her eyes and they don't mess that part of the story line up. It's pretty important and central to the palace arc.
